Abigail looked at the man's embarrassed expression and suddenly asked teasingly.
"What?" Brandon Piers seemed like a cat whose tail got stepped on.
Abigail chuckled, "If you don't like it, just act normal for once. Don't you know you're devastatingly beautiful? Being so touchy-feely. Who can stand it? Aren't you afraid of being harassed by a fat bitch?"
After saying this, Abigail pulled back her hand, controlling her suddenly fluttering heart, and left the nursery.
Brandon sat on the sofa, dumbfounded. It took him a moment to react. Was she complimenting him?
So, did she withstand his charm, or did she not?
For the first time, Brandon found himself caught in a meaningless dilemma.
Knock knock knock…
Just then, there was a series of uneven knocks outside, interrupting Brandon's thoughts. He turned his head and saw Pullan looking at him with a worried face, his eyes darkening.
