After enduring it for a few days, Brandon Piers finally couldn't hold it in anymore. He changed his pants, got a new blanket, new curtains, and even replaced the other furniture in the hospital room. He felt a lot better when he received Pullan's report.
A handsome face turned sullen. "You're saying Abigail was batting her eyelashes at Lawyer Jones? Which Lawyer Jones?"
"Lawyer Benjamin Jones, of course."
Pullan replied quickly, but Brandon Piers raised his eyebrows. He certainly knew of Benjamin Jones.
