After unlocking mana sense, Faust now can feel the attributes all around him, but because it's only level 1, the feeling is still vague.
Mark told him to try and feel the attributeless mana around him, and he instructed Faust to imagine the mana coursing through his body to go out from his hands and fingertips, and he should imagine what he wanted the attributeless mana wanted to do with his influence.
Faust then imagined the attributeless mana to pick up the spoon from the table, but nothing happened and then he asked Mark why he failed.
Mark then added "You should imagine clearly, how the mana will move the spoon, then aim your hands, at the spoon. Picture clearly how you wanted the spoon to move, don't just think about moving the spoon, think about as if you're making a magic carpet under the spoon with the attributeless mana."
Faust then imagined clearly how the attributeless mana will wrap around the spoon, and moved upward bringing along the spoon with it, then he released his mana from his core, through his body, then into his fingertips aiming at the spoon.
The spoon then magically floated 2cm above the dining table.
"MOM! DAD! I DWID ITT!!" (Faust)
Hiding his shock against his son's genius talent in magic, Mark then applauds his son "Good job Isaac, practice with it every day until you needed less focus and effort to move it. It's okay to do it until you run out of mana, but don't do it often because when your mana is empty, it takes longer to refill your core."
'Gra! Why don't you try it!' (Faust)
'Okay' (Angra)
Angra tried to follow Mark's direction and tried to do how it just like Faust did it, but even though he already imagined the effect he wanted clearly, he still can't get the spoon to float.
"It's okay Aiden, it's normal to not succeed on your first try, your brother is a special case, you don't have to feel bad about it." (Mark)
"Yes Aiden, don't be sad, look at you already walking when your brother is still struggling to sit up straight."
Angra didn't really feel sad, he's only a little bit frustrated that he's a demon in his previous life, but Faust is better than him in the whole magic thingy.
Angra only nodded hearing his parents trying to comfort him and then went back to his walking training.
His parents saw it as that he is afraid of being left behind by his magically talented brother, so they complimented him more to make him feel better.
'Oi Gra, you're not actually sad are you?' (Faust)
'No Faust, I just wonder why you're better than me in this magic thing, isn't I supposed to be the demon here?' (Angra)
'We're now both half-demon remember, and maybe this magic is actually not that different from your demonic power from before. Why don't you try using it just like you use your demonic power?' (Faust)
'Hmm, I usually use my power to enhance my physical strength so, let's imagine this attributeless mana you're talking about enhancing my whole body. Then using my core to influence it.' Angra's mana flows through from his core then to his body, but rather than released out from his fingertips, it flowed out from his whole body and influenced the attributeless mana merging with his body.
Then Angra suddenly felt the nostalgic feeling of his powered body when using his demonic power back on earth.
To test the strength of his fusion, Angra then jogged slightly to the kitchen table and then jumped with focusing the power on his legs.
His supposedly weak body, now enhanced with mana jumped high and he landed on the dinner table.
Mark and Lily are shocked to see what their eyes are seeing. They looked at each other for a second then looked at the proud baby standing on their dinner table. Even though he rarely speaks but his body language does tell his actual feelings. Like right now when his smile is so wide that it reached his ear and his eyes sparkling like a kid on Christmas day.
"Amazing Aiden! I know you're amazing too!" (Mark)
"I can't believe that you two are so amazing!" (Lily)
'Eyoo, good job bro!' (Faust)
'Thanks to you pal' (Angra)
"Okay now let's have dinner and Aiden can you get down from there by yourself?" (Lily)
Angra nodded and jumped back to the ground.
Lily then proceed to cook dinner, with Mark helping to cut the meat. They are planning to eat boar stew tonight with an extra portion of meat to celebrate Isaac and Aiden's first day of being able to use magic.
While Angra and Faust are playing and experimenting with their magic.
"Lily should I be happy or not that our sons can literally learn magic on their first try at one year old on top of that?" (Mark)
"I mean this can be a sign that they will have a tough path ahead of them don't you think? If not why the world gave them such power when they are still very young?" (Mark)
"Just see the bright side of things, Mark, don't think too much about it."( Lily)
"Remember that, we have to do our best to be with them, and teach them everything we can while we are still able to."(Lily)
"That even if something really bad happened, sooner or later, they will be ready to at least survive it." (Lily)
Mark then hugged his wife from behind and then continued to help prepare dinner.
After dinner, Faust asked about his other skill like Soul Vision, and about the unique skill, Loved by Death.
"Hmm, Soul vision is a skill that demons possessed hereditary, It's a skill that enabled us to see wandering souls. We demons are more capable of using death mana, rather than humans. Death mana can attract souls, and we can influence the soul to possess, skeletons or zombies making undead. And some demons even have their own undead armies." (Mark)
"But not all demons like to do that, some think that it is a hassle and not that talented in controlling the undead, and controlling them required a lot of mana and focus, for example, me. I'm more of a front fighter type with my sturdy body and flames" (Mark)
"How do we use swoul vision daad?" (Faust)
"You just need to put your mana into your eyes and soul vision will activate on its own" (Mark)
Faust tried what his dad told him but he still couldn't find any souls nearby, then his guess about Angra's unique skill is scaring the souls.
Faust told his dad that he and his brother that they each have their own unique skill.
"You two are really blessed by the world, having unique skill ever since babies." (Mark)
"I never heard about yours and Aiden's unique skill, but hearing from your description, your unique skill is a kind to being a necromancer, while necromancer needed to make the souls submit with their mana, with your unique skill, you can make weaker souls like small animals and the like submit to you, and you can make an undead army with less mana. But of course, having an undead army is hard because you can't bring them anywhere because a lot of people are scared of them and death mana in general since death mana is linked to curses, and the natural characteristic of death mana is to eat other elements including the natural elements." (Mark)
Mark then grabbed the unused firewood and used death mana to make the firewood rot.
"And the undead army can be stronger by evolving. When you level them up, when they reach level 10 their rank will increase by 1, to have a strong undead army, you have to nurture them one by one to increase their overall strength."
" What about us dad? When can we lewvel up and what hawppened when we reach lewvel 10? Do we evowlve too?" (Faust)
"No we don't evolve when reaching level 10, only monsters do that, when we reach level 10, we can choose our job, the world will decide what jobs available for you according to the things you've done from level 1 until level 10. I will explain it later when we're out hunting to increase your level."
"And Aiden, your unique skill is a unique one, since you can't control the undead, I guess is that you can absorb souls/death mana and then enhance your overall body strength. The more souls you absorb the stronger you become I guess? You can experiment and explore your abilities yourself later." (Mark)
"When you both grow up a little and can run, I will teach you guys how to hunt and level up, for now, it's already night and you babies should go to bed."
"Owkayy!" (Faust)
*nod* (Angra)
Faust then float himself a few millimeters above the ground to move back to near his crib and asked his mother to tuck him in, while Angra fused his body and then jumped straight to bed, but still asked his mother to tuck him in.
'show offs' Mark thought in his mind and laughed seeing his twin sons act like that.
