It didn't take long for Dazaree to reach their old home. The moment she stepped down the tricycle, she felt her knees trembling. Looking at the street, Dazaree felt nostalgic.
Her childhood memories when she used to play outside their home kept ok flashing inside her head. She looked in front of her and saw their beautiful old house. Because it was abandoned for years, it looked old and creepy. But for Dazaree, it's home, despite having no one to come home to.
"Mom, dad… I'm finally home," she whispered and beamed. Then she wiped the tear that escaped from her eye. She felt happy and relieved that the house is still standing still.
She took her necklace that she always hid inside her shirt. It has the house key that she always brings with her whenever she goes. Dazaree removed it from her neck and stared at it. It's a twin key that is stuck with each other. The first one is for the gate's lock while the other one is for the front door.
