Su Tang took the Sea Night Mushroom, still not finding any hint of it being able to glow.
Qiu Mo hurriedly nodded, "Yes! I used it for lighting underwater, when I got on the land I thought it wouldn't glow anymore, but it still does after it gets dark!"
Upon hearing this, Su Tang instantly perked up, she thought about the dark, lightless basement and her eyebrows furrowed slightly.
She grabbed Qiu Mo's hand and said, "Come with me!"
The basement entrance was set up in the storeroom behind the kitchen, with a wooden board covering the hole on the ground.
Su Tang lifted the wooden board, revealing the pitch-black hole below, feeling a bit hesitant.
She took a deep breath, holding the Sea Night Mushroom in one hand and leading Qiu Mo with the other, they cautiously descended the steps.
The basement was dug very deep, but had ventilation, so although the air inside was a bit stuffy, it was still connected to the outside.
