Leah was silent the whole way.
Jack seemed to give space for her thinking. Occasionally he glanced at the passenger. Letting Leah get lost in her thoughts.
Leah's sitting position didn't feel comfortable, even though this is an expensive car with a modern interior.
The shadow of the hospital hallway, several sheets of paper in her grasp, drew Leah's breath heavily.
The girl leading back with a sweaty forehead. She tilted her head, the burden was very heavy right now.
"Where do I get this money?" Murmured.
Yes, the bill on the sheet of paper in her hand immediately frustrated her.
She had never Saw this line of numbers before.
She once again lowered her head, reading the series of numbers on the sheet of paper.
There was a lot of money she needed for Lauren's hospital fees.
Has Aunt Lauren been keeping everything a secret all this time! Aunt always said she wasn't very sick, just high blood pressure but in fact, the hospital fees were this big.
Her aunt must have suffered serious illness all this time. Aunt Lauren even had to have surgery.
Isn't that very risky and costly? Not to mention the worst possibility that the doctor described. All that made Leah couldn't believe it.
Now she has to pay a 25 percent deposit fee. Leah lost her mind.
Where will she get the money? As doctors said, that treatment didn't just take a day or a week, months and even years, a series of therapy and other medical measures. Leah tried catching her breath, hoping that her head could think clearly.
"Is there anything I can sell?" Leah whispered to herself, she wasn't sure.
How about the motorbike? Yes, maybe that's the first thing she should sell, then what else. She gave her college savings a moment ago, then? All of that can only be used for hospital administration at the beginning.
"Come on think Leah !! Think !!" She raised her hand and hit herself in the head with exasperation.
She must raise a lot of money for her aunt's treatment! She had to find a way! Leah didn't want her aunt to not get medical treatment properly.
Whatever Leah! Do it if it's all for the sake of Aunt Lauren!
Now it was Jack's turn-taking a deep breath. He saw Leah's running back, disappearing down the narrow, densely populated street toward Lauren's house.
"Gah, she thinks too hard until her forehead was folded. Why don't you tell me, and a little accent, please? I must be very happy to be able to help the princess .." he muttered, folding his hands across his chest.
He wouldn't leave Leah today. He promised himself.
"I thought something bad had happened here, but I couldn't figure it out. I suspected that night's accident and Lauren's disease. Do these all have the same thread?"
Jack was a man with a pleasant, friendly face and dressed neatly and elegantly, When he thought seriously, that face changed 180 degrees. He looks scary.
Jack took the cell phone in his pocket. He searched for news online that put up an accident with a red sports car on the South road.
He zoomed in on the screen of his cellphone, examined the portrait of the smashed, shredded, shapeless sports car license plate.
His forehead creased in doubt.
"A very dangerous big accident. No drops of blood, no casualties." The corners of Jack's lips pulled.
"Interesting!" He said with a face full of surprise. "But nothing is interesting when it involves the princess!" That face changed drastically. Dark and creepy.
"You cleared the trail well. But I can smell where you kept him!"

Leah tore through her room, hoping that there was something valuable she could sell. Even though she knew everything she did was in vain.
There is nothing of value in this house. Too bad!
Leah left her room, she looked elsewhere. Even this home furniture has no price. Maybe if it is given to people, they will refuse.
"Tsk! What should I look for here?" She laughed at herself.
The door to Lauren's room opened and it made Leah's eyebrows knit together. She felt that she had closed the bedroom door, before leaving the house.
Or maybe he's wrong. She stepped into Lauren's room.
When she entered the room, the wind was blowing through the window. Swinging her long hair.
Leah was even more surprised. She stared at the small window that was the only one in this room.
Check if anything weird here.
Nothing happens here. She closed the blinds on the windows, pulled out the window panes, and locked them securely.
"I'll make sure this time, I've locked the window!" She convinced herself.
Leah gazed into the Lauren room, at every corner of this small room.
There is only an old wooden wardrobe with clothes in it. Small dressing table with cracked glass.
Everything is neatly arranged. But, there was an angle that made Leah feel strange, She suspected.
She approached the corner of the room. Checking any tiles that appear ragged. Unlike other tiles.
Leah crouched down. She tapped the tile with her knuckles.
The knocking sound was empty. Leah looked for another tile and did the same. Two different tiles have different loud knock sounds.
She didn't ask many questions, even though her heart was full of question marks. No one will answer her question right now.
Leah looked for something to break the floor. He ran towards the kitchen, took the knife.
Before She pulled out the tiles, She stomped a few times, reassuring me that there was something strange in there.
She shook her head, her curiosity will be answered when she finds what is so strange about this tile.
She picked up a knife, ripped the tiles as best she could.
It turned out that it was not difficult because this tile was not installed properly. Leah could lift the tile like she was opening a jar.
"What is this?" Leah whispered, asking herself.
She reached out and took out a wooden box that was embedded in there, not so deep, only about fifty centimeters.
"What is Aunt Lauren hiding here?" She asked with a surprised face.
The wooden box measures fifteen centimeters and is about ten Senti high. Leah raised it over her face, she saw the exquisite, detailed carving.
"Wow. I'm amazed by this wood carving .." She whispered in disbelief.
Leah stroked the wooden box, dusting off the dirt and debris. She took a tissue and wiped it clean.
Her chest was pounding. "Is this what Treasure said? Have I got any treasure? "She asked.
She hadn't even opened the wooden box yet but was certain that it was the wooden treasure chest. "I can see that the box is very aesthetic and beautiful, it is a box that looks expensive and historic. I dare not open it!" She looked confused.
"Should I open it? Oh my God, I need money right now. Is this the answer to my troubles?" Leah bit her lip, confused.
"I don't ask much. I just want something I can sell so I can get money for my aunt's expenses. I know it must be worth it until you bury it there. I promise you, I'll work even harder, I'll replace your savings! "
She held the head like a person was praying.
"I'm sorry, Aunt Lauren, I promise to replace your savings!" He whispered once more before her nervous, trembling hands opened the wooden box which looked precious.
One
Two
Three...
Something sparkling made Leah's eyes narrow. She covered her eyes with a palm.
The red light grew brighter and then faded after a few seconds.
Leah ventured to open her eyes carefully. Her chest was pounding again, something shaking her body. Awe, amazement, and disbelief.
Items stored in wooden boxes look so beautiful and expensive. It was a necklace with a red pendant.
Leah hesitated to extend her hand to touch it.
Shh!!
One more shiny object with sharp eyes on two sides.
Leah's eyes widened, she raised her head. She was surprised to see a long and sharp object pointed at her neck.
"Oh my God!" She was shocked realizing someone was sticking her neck, ready to cut her head.
Leah grabbed the object inside the wooden box and threw the box spontaneously at the sword wielder.
Her finger touched the tip of the sword and made a scratch wound. Leah grew even more scared.
"w, what! Is this a real sword?" Leah whispered with trembling pupils.
She did not find an answer from the owner of the sword that was threatening her life. Leah could not see the shape of the face of the man-perhaps- who was standing in front of her at this moment.
The man was dressed all in black with a hoodie covering almost all of his face.
She doesn't care! What Leah cares about was. When did this man come in? Why is he threatening with a real sword! It's a dream!
This is such a nightmare, like the night before!
