Two young boys sit in a field as almost see through spirit birds fly past them in a flock. One had a bow on his back and a small baby bird on his shoulder, while the other, a little more on the dark side was covered in tattoos ranging in very interesting spirals and swirls.
"Xerox?" Spoke one of the boys with the bow on his back, to which the tattooed boy looked at his friend in response. "What will you do if Future and Destiny don't back down?" His question was simple and quite frankly no serious one for those who didn't know the gravity of the situation.
The tattooed boy Xerox simply looked up into the sky, his electric blue eyes reflected the clouds as his black raven hair slightly blew in the wind. Within his thoughts, his tattoos, as if threatened moved a bit and lit up a faint blue like his eyes. "I'll kill them myself" He finally replied as his friend looked up into the sky too.
"You'll be hurt"
"That doesn't matter. They wanted me dead as a baby." The grim tone of Xerox had his friend back down as he sighed.
"Well, Mother says I shouldn't get involved- but-"
"But?"
"But you're my friend Xerox and I don't want to see you die alone." His friend spoke like the true hero he was going to be in the future. Smiling Xerox grabbed his friend and head locked him and ruffled his nice orange hair.
"Xerox no! That took me awhile to fix!" He whined as his hair was ruffled out of it's perfect shape and state.
"You're such a girl" Xerox teased as his orange haired friend sent him a glare once he got out of Xerox arms.
"No correction, I'm hot and well organised in both the sense of looks and duty" he corrected Xerox as Xerox merely laughed his head off saying "sure, sure" as if he didn't but did believe him at the same time.
*glitch*
"You should smile more often-"
*glitch* *glitch*
"Xerox! You won't get far! Once I find you I'll behead you and mount your head to my wall!"
*glitch* *glitch*
"Sion"
*glitch*
"Sion! I swear to the Gods! Are you sleeping in the bathroom again!?" Yelled out Trish as Sion pulled his head miraculously out of the basin sink that he'd somehow broken?
>> You fell earlier and banged your head upon the basin resulting in the full bathroom sink to collapse and you were out for 2mins << 02 spoke seeming to answer all his thoughts of confusion. At this point he wasn't even going to ask how he tripped, rather save himself the embarrassment.
"You couldn't have taken control and stop me?" Sion accused asked, as 02 seemed to >> Heh << at that preposterous thought. These days Sion seemed to think 02 was after him and was rather waiting for him to suddenly keel over.
But it's been quite something since- well his death.
02 seemed to not recall or see his death even though it clearly happened and severed the system and 02 both from his body when it did. Of course the system interlocked with his body once again and nothing had seemed to happen and ran just as it did before. But Sion was pretty much scarred and kept to himself more and Trish and Herald had both noticed but didn't push it.
"Sion my boy! There ya are!" Herald grabbed Sion by the shoulder and pulled him along. "Next week is the week of the Contest Showdown, how are ya feeling"
'Like shit' "alright" spoke Sion, as his hand ran through his white hair casually.
"Ya going to be facing some mean pieces of work but I'm sure with how I've trained ya, you'll knock them back into their mother's wombs" smiling somewhat at Heralds encouragement a yell out from the bathroom where Sion had just come from had them both rush over to Trish. Her face pure menace as she looked back to Sion and Herald slightly drifted away from his side as if to say 'every man for himself' as Trish approached with smoke pouring outta her mouth.
"S-I-o-n" she seethed "W-h-y
I-s
t-h-e
b-a-t-h-r-o-o-m"
Sion in slight panic for once put his hands up in surrender, "Trish you see I just-" Sion not realising that Herald had ditch him looked to his side only to see Herald waving goodbye around a corner. Sion then realising he was alone smiled awkwardly "listen, I can explain-"

"Seriously we may be part animals but I won't have you wrecking a perfectly good bathroom!" Yelled Trish as she had made Sion sit in a chair and nagged onto him about being civilised and what not while Herald simply sipped his drink behind them.
Herald had been a bit in thought about the boy, he hadn't shown up for a few days and then when he had returned something seemed off. As if the boy he knew had somehow grown, he'd always known the boy would surpass him easily but it didn't help to think that the lad was holding back on him. Hiding his true potential, hiding something that happened those days he didn't show up to practice.
Watching he rubbed his scruffy beard in thought, should he push the lad to show what he's been hiding?
"So no more breaking things within the establishment!" Trish finished as Herald stood up and placed a hand on Sion.
"Come with me for a bit"
