We arrived at a four storey building with a huge plaque in the middle bearing the name of the Ursa Company. There were bear statues at the entrance and the pillars were made of marble. The baroque carvings of the building gave it an elegant feel. It was obvious why they were touted as one of the best mercantile companies. It was also apparent why the Winkles are said to be one of the top richest families in the empire. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they just drown their enemies in gold bullions.
It was even more spectacular inside. From the crystal chandeliers to the artworks and exotic indoor plants, there was no spared expense. The interior design was minimalist but you bet they still screamed money. Just not to the point that it was intimidating. Captain Otto led us to a moving staircase. I snickered indistinctly.
