We landed at the very next moment. It was like… unbelievable. Except for the surroundings, everything else seemed to be normal.
We were now in the Foster Plaza, 18th floor, right where Rock Flames had teleported us from. We looked around for something unusual (which was our usual) but found nothing and felt safe to proceed. "Well, I would really like to know the mechanics of this whole teleportation-thing." Xavier said, seeming to be impressed.
I checked the time in my watch and it was still 10:00 am. So there was luckily no time-changing-stuff during teleportation. Just when we were about to proceed, Oliver's phone rang. It was my father. It had been about two days since I had talked to him. Oliver handed me the phone and I attended the call.
"Blaze, where are you?! You haven't called me since long. Is everything alright?" He asked. "Yes dad. I am alright. No need to worry. I'll explain everything once I return. I am having… fun here. Will tall later." I cut the phone before he could ask the dozen questions he had in mind. Having fun was a difficult thing to say and I had to think for a moment about good things.
Oliver smiled and took his phone back. "I swear, if I come back alive after this mission, I will first go and buy myself a phone." I promised, embarrassed to have my father call Oliver all the time.
We walked out of the Foster Plaza. We first needed to reach Saggron Town. We had had enough of flying taxis. I had decided that no matter if Raptor even frees himself before we reach there, I will not go on a flying taxi.
I called a normal taxi. The driver couldn't figure out the town that easily. We had to give him clues without blurting out that Raptor is there who will awaken soon. He finally understood and took us through the town. He estimated at least an hour to reach Saggron Town.
Along the journey we did not have any conversation. The seriousness was in the air which even the driver could suspect. This was a completely different route where we hadn't gone yet. Until now, my small Trouflet town was my whole world. But now I had to come out of it and help the real world.
I wasn't bored in the taxi. I had so much to think about. Winning the Warrior Battle Fest, becoming a DELTA, being a part of an unimaginable journey, finding new friends along with new threats, the DELTA Headquarters, and now, facing Raptor. There was so much to think and relive.
Finally we reached the destination. As expected, the town wasn't filled with people. In fact, it looked creepy-as if someone had cursed the land. Maybe Raptor's presence had scared everyone living there before. That could be the reason why taxi drivers didn't quite know the exact place.
We paid the driver and searched the area. The town had a dark theme and people looked weird there. We were now closest to Raptor.
