Helkep and Pride landed on the roof of a house far away. There weren't any natives around here as they had been evacuated long ago due to the grave circumstances resulting from the dungeon's outburst.
Helkep rubbed his chin in contemplation before imagining Pride returning to his shadow and heeding his will, Pride let out a heavy and tired sigh before glaring at Helkep while getting swallowed by his shadow helplessly. He didn't like this in the least.
Helkep nodded and jumped down from the roof, his feet gently landing on the street.
