Bawak's mind went numb. His tense muscles loosened up. He raised his hand and gently returned the tight hug.
"Damn you... sniff! Making me wait so much." Noil's voice reached the ears of all three, his happiness and pain both mixed inside it.
"Its okay now! Everything's fine now!" Bawak's dazed mind regained some clarity, his hand gently patted Noil's back.
After Noil had hugged enough to realise that he wasn't dreaming, he smiled happily and let go.
He grinned widely, his slightly moist and red eyes beamed with joy as he said, "You sure sleep like a log!"
"Hey! Don't lie! I know I look like an angel even in my sleep!" Bawak lifted his chin in pride.
"Hehe!" Sophi laughed sweetly seeing their lovely interactions.
"Lay down Bawak, you will still need rest. I will give you a check-up in the meantime." Sophi said while putting on her serious face.
