Sometime later Helkep woke up and found himself in a pretty good condition. Other than his clothes torn in some places and the rest of the intact part was soiled with blood.
He felt his legs were still aching somewhat but ignoring the pain he headed towards his dormitory, looking at the condition of his clothes, he shook is head and decided to buy some new clothes while on the way.
Inside the shop, the woman at the receptionist desk asked him a few questions about his torn clothes, which he brilliantly ignored and bought new clothes and left.
Inside his room in the dormitory, the brothers had already went to sleep so he was peacefully able to lay down on his bed and sleep.
Tomorrow morning he got up and and left for his first class, he couldn't help but think, 'Things are so quiet. Its like a calm before the storm but I feel as if the storm is never going to come. The brothers have stopped experimenting with me, some students who could never leave my side are avoiding me. What is happening? Its like the world is shifting. Beyond everything is the fact that I can use skills, which I thought I will never be able to use. What is happening? I feel as if... something is going to come and its going to be far more terrifying then a mere storm. It will either destroy me or...I don't know. I am just feeling weird about all this.'
As he walked inside the class the first thing that managed to catch his eye was the boys all staring backwards.
The second was what the boys were staring at, it was a girl, a beautiful angel like girl. This girl was of course Ella. Who was planning on leaving the class midway if she didn't see Helkep.
Helkep blankly stared at her before quietly taking a step back and quietly closed the door.
Ella felt her senses telling her that something intriguing was close-by, she turned her head and Helkep's blank face, quietly leaving the class appeared in her view. She stared at the door dumbfounded for a while before getting up and running after him.
Helkep had managed to hear the sudden exclamation of the boys and knew that he had been caught. Knowing all too well that with her speed she would catch up to him in less then a second, he didn't even try to run.
Ella came out of the class and saw Helkep calmly walking just a few steps from her. She asked with a sweet smile, "Hey! Where ya off too?"
"..." Ella blinked her eyes cutely a few times to try to shake Helkep's muteness off and said, "Oh! You hurt your ears?" She walked besides Helkep and pulled his ears as if to see whether they were damaged.
"..." Helkep chose to remain quiet.
"Hmm! Your ears seem to be alright. By any chance did you accidently bang your head with a rock?" Ella asked while blinking her eyes curiously.
"..." Helkep felt as if ignoring her wasn't as difficult as it used to be, it seemed his ability to remain calm had improved, now he could even take on his devil and come out on top.
"Hmm! Should I carry you to the hospital?" Ella eyed Helkep from top to bottom as if really considering the idea.
"..." Helkep truly felt nothing, even when Ella really... lifted him in a princesses carry. She started walking towards the academy's hospital with a big grin on her face.
"..." Ella was seriously beginning to think if he had hit his head.
She also felt he was acting different from a few days ago when they hanged out together.
'Did something happen? He's also releasing a… dangerous aura. It's as if he's... planning to kill.' A frown appeared on her face when she noticed herself unintentionally putting up a guard against him.
Buzzzz! As if a help from beyond, Helkep's wristwatch started to ring.
Seeing that Helkep had ignored the call that was coming after a single look, she questioned, "Your eyesight gone bad as well?"
"..." Helkep simply had no thoughts of accepting the call after seeing it was from his sister. She would ask him useless questions which he couldn't answer.
"Hey! Asking you something …Hmm! I will accept it for you then." Ella tightened her grip around Helkep and moved one of her hand towards his watch.
Helkep finally got annoyed and shook himself away from her devious grip and calmly started walking ahead of her.
"Huh! Finally! I am starting to think you were a puppet." Ella sighed very relieved that her speculations were wrong.
"But why aren't you accepting the call?" Ella was still confused on why he was not picking up the call.
"Nothing for you to bother about." Helkep finally decided to grace Ella with his …unique voice.
"Hmm! Yo- -" A voice message from Helkep's watch interrupted Ella's sweet voice.
"Hey! Would you mind listening to me at least. I am not going to bore you and of course you probably even find me calling you annoying but this is an emergency. By the way! How are ya Ella?" The girl spoke in calm voice, it didn't seem from her voice that she was practically worried about anything.
Helkep was calm the whole time, even when his sister said it was an emergency he still had no thoughts about accepting the call but when he heard the last part he knew it wasn't an emergency but a disaster.
Ella smiled wearily when she heard the last part, she was wondering what Helkep would do now.
Helkep immediately called his sister Alisha. But... it seemed, someone was angry. Helkep clenched his teeth tightly as he called her the fifth time. The call continued too ring and no body accepted it.
Ella seeing Helkep blankly staring at his watch couldn't help but burst into heartful laughter. Helkep stared at her for a while before calling for the sixth time.
The bell rung and finally...it disconnected. Helkep felt something taking over him when he heard the unrestrained laughter behind him.
Helkep after a moment of hesitation finally called again and finally... it was accepted.
"Huh! So yo--" A blank voice swiftly interrupted the voice from the other side.
"What's the emergency!?" Helkep was finally relieved that the call connected and hurriedly asked, fearing the call might get disconnected again.
"..." Cold sweat dripped from Helkep's forehead when the answer he got was silence and soon something he feared happened. Beep! Beep! The call had... disconnected.
"...HAHAHAHA! Cough, cough!" Helkep blankly stared at Ella choking as she laughed her guts out.
"Hel... HA-HA... Ahem Ahem! Hel--HA-HA." Helkep ignored the idiot laughing also ignoring the so called emergency and started walking ahead, he was simply going to stroll as the students were able to skip as many classes as they wanted due to the assignment which he had already completed.
Ella started running behind Helkep and continued to giggle as she walked. "So what are you going to do?" Ella asked, she knew Helkep too well to not realize that he had already guessed what the emergency was.
"Will you do as I say?" Helkep asked calmly and knew what Ella was going to say as well.
"Depends but... Humph! You know my answer to this favor that you are going to ask me." Ella replied with a snicker.
"Then why are you asking me such a stupid question?" Helkep replied and decided to visit the pancake shop in the resting area.
"Ha-Ha!" Ella laughed and continued to follow Helkep.
Helkep just quietly stared at Ella who had no plans on leaving.
When he reached the pancake shop, with Ella who was pestering him the whole way, he saw Noil sitting inside the shop.
Seeing him inside the shop, he started to wonder if he should come later.
Noil was sitting on the opposite side of the door and had a good view of the glass door.
As he was looking around the store while waiting for his pancake, his eyes fell on the door.
Seeing Helkep holding his chin, he instantly knew what his shy friend was hesitating about. He got up and walked towards Helkep with a grin.
Helkep clenched his teeth tightly when he saw Noil walking towards him with a stupid grin.
"Yo! Who would have thought you would stalk me, Sigh! As they say don't judge a book by its cover. Anyways since you are already here, come inside." Noil grabbed Helkep by the arm and dragged him inside.
Helkep simply thought, 'What the heck is this guy talking about?'
Ella seeing that someone dared to drag Helkep like this was left speechless. She had never seen him being treated like this, suddenly her eyes lit up as she thought, 'Could he possibly be… his friend!?'
Ella walked inside with a polite smile and sat next to Helkep. Causing Noil to stare at her with wide eyes.
"Ahem, Ahem! Pretty lady may I humbly ask you to introduce yourself? Though I would introduce myself first but seeing that you so brazenly sat on the same table as me, I can only believe that you have the hots for me. No need to hesitate, I shall judge your love for me today." Noil straightened his collar and spoke with a saintly look.
"..." Speechless, Ella was completely speechless. Helkep shook his head, knowing something like this was going to happen.
But still managing to suppress herself from laughing at the clown, she introduced herself, "You can call me Elula. I am a new student in the academy. Who are you?"
"Hmm! New and already fallen for me, Sigh! I am too pretty. I wonder what will happen to all the men when I grow up. Anyways I am Noil Jill. The future master of the Jill family. The third largest family in the whole city and on the whole planet." Noil spoke while trying to hide his cocky smirk, totally believing that Elula or more exactly Ella was blown away.
"Oh! Third largest Huh! Nice but still there are two more higher in hierarchy than your family." Ella calmly replied.
"Hmm! The two above our family are the Floss and the Mopil family. But the gap is very puny and our families are at good terms with each other." Noil explained not able to see the hidden contempt behind Ella's words.
"Oh! That's good. Anyways how do you know Helkep?" Ella asked while looking at the counter where Helkep was ordering his pancake.
"Oh! Well... it's a bit hard to explain but you can say... he's my pursuer." Noil replied with a wearily smile.
Ella's eyes grew wide in shock as she stared into Helkep's eyes and thought, 'So you swing... THAT way!??'
Helkep who had heard Noil's word looked towards them and his eyes met with Ella's.
Seeing the way she was looking at him and Noil's strange way of introducing their relationship, he clenched his teeth tightly as he shook his head.
He was trying to stop Ella from looking at him with that look. But she... continued to convince herself about her assumption.
As if mercy from the ones that live above, Ella received a call, finally getting her out of her strange thoughts.
Helkep seeing her finally looking away from him, sighed relieved. He was beginning to get seriously annoyed at her looking at him so strangely.
Dragging Helkep from his thoughts was his wristwatch, which vibrated attracting his attention.
Looking at the notification, he glanced towards Ella who seemed to be blankly staring at something.
Helkep accepted the notification and Ella smiled as she accepted the call.
"Hello! It's a pleasure to see that you are doing fine." Ella spoke inside her mind but her words were transmitted to the other side, her TCP was the latest mode after all.
(Note: TCP is what you can call the smart phone of this time. Which stood for, Telepathic Communication Phone.)
On a holographic screen in front of her, Alisha said sweetly, "Indeed! It has been a long time since we chatted, haven't we? But I am a bit sad to say that the reason for me calling you isn't to talk but to tell you something."
"Go on!" Ella nodded with a smile. Noil who couldn't see the screen felt as if Ella was smiling at him.
"You are in my brothers academy I presume. Tell Hep that father is asking him to come home. The reason…Haha! Is a call from your father. I believe you can guess the rest." Alisha smiled wearily.
"Haha! I am sorry for the trouble and I will soon come to visit you." Ella seeing the tiny bit of anger behind Alisha's eyes immediately decided to not follow in Helkep's footsteps.
"Oh! I will be waiting then... I gotta go, it's time for my class." Alisha smiled brightly and disconnected the call.
Ella looked back towards Helkep, who was currently standing with his hand on his chin.
He had heard the conversation between the two, due to Ella connecting her TCP with Helkep's.
He was wondering what trouble Ella's arrival was going to cause him.
