(JORDAN)
I was driving home from a meeting when I stopped at the redlight. The road was fairly secluded in that part of the town but I still waited for the light to turn green.
Just as it did, I stepped onto the gas and changed the gear but before I could move from that spot, a sudden impact to the left side of my car overturned it.
For the first few seconds, I couldn't even process what was happening. It was as though my heart had stopped and I had gone deaf. But then suddenly, I fell over to the other side, still strapped onto my seat by the seat belt. A loud crashing sound hit my ears and everything suddenly started hurting. Blinding pain shot through my head and I felt something warm trickle down from the point of contact. I couldn't move my left hand at all. I squirmed for a way out of the car but the door was rammed onto my left side. I couldn't move.
