"Well let's get started!" Charlie said happily as they got ready to fix up the hotel. Damian got a small smile as he watched everyone quickly get to work. He sighed as he picked up the refrigerator that was sitting in the lobby floor and brought it into the kitchen where it belonged.
"For someone who wants to run a hotel she sure does keep it messy." Nifty said as she ran through the kitchen while cleaning it ridiculously fast. Damian was always surprised to see the little demon work but he was definitely thankful for her help. She left as quickly as she had entered and Damian went back to the lobby. The first thing he saw was Charlie singing and he instantly turned to leave but Alastor's magic swirled around him and his clothes changed.
"No! Absolutely Not!" Damian yelled as he broke free of the magic and quickly got out of the hotel. He took a deep breath as he leaned on the railing and looked down to the street below. Damian watched as Angel hesitantly got into a limo parked down the street and decided to follow them. They went surprisingly far before stopping in front of a club and going inside. He waited until they went inside before walking up to the bouncer and paying him off to get inside without an incident.
"Too noisy." Damian muttered as he walked through the dancing demons and saw Angel being nearly dragged up the stairs that led to, what he assumed, was the VIP room by a demon dressed like a pimp, "That doesn't seem good."
"Mr.Valentino is busy in the VIP room and doesn't want to disturbed right now." The demon next to the stairs said as Damian walked over, "I recommend you come back later if your here for business."
"He's with a friend of mine and I just want to talk." Damian told the demon calmly and realized that was the wrong thing to say as several demons aimed guns at him. Damian sighed before he kicked the demon into the wall. His wings appeared and blocked the volley of bullets the demons fired without another word. The demons' eyes widened when his wings disappeared and saw that Damian was holding a sword. They had heard of weapons like that before but never expected to see one. The ones with power to kill royalty.
"Should have let me go up." Damian told them before he swung his sword and killed the demons in one attack. He sighed before kicking the door to the VIP lounge and calmly walking up the stairs. When he entered the room he saw that Valentino had his hand raised to hit Angel.
"Damian!" Angel yelled as he broke free of Valentino's grasp. Valentino opened his mouth to say something but stopped when the tip of Damian's blade rested on his forehead.
"One reason." Damian told him with a tone that sent a chill down both demons' spines, "That's all it's going to take."
"Damian let's just get out of here." Angel said as he pulled on the Nephilim's arm. His sword changed into a bracelet and they walked out without another word. When they were outside Damian pulled his phone out and called the hotel.
"Tell Alastor to open a portal to the hotel in front of Valentino's club." Damian said with a serious tone before putting his phone away. Moments later a portal opened and they returned to the hotel.
"What were you doing at Valentino's my fellow?" Alastor asked him with his usual happy voice, "You don't seem the type to go to such disgusting places."
"Angel looked like he needed help and I was right." Damian explained before walking to his room. He laid on his bed before he heard someone knock of his door. He opened one of his eyes as Angel walked in.
"Thanks." Angel said with sincerity, "Valentino won't give up that easily."
"Just call me if he tries to anything and I'll end it quickly." Damian told him as he closed his eye, "Trust me."
"Alright." Angel said before leaving and shutting the door. Damian took a breath before drifting off to sleep.
