It feels like a dream. A family of three that travels so much for affairs of work, finally after ten years is going on a trip... No a road trip together in the Toyota highlander that never left the garage since it was bought.
Yes today the 10th of February is the day I say good bye to Tokyo for the next- I'm not sure how long I'll be away but anyways back to my unrealistic reality. Mom and dad are on a mandatory holiday "unless in case of emergency with their lines of work" until the 1st of April when I will start my 2nd year of senior high.
"Yuno are you planning on sleeping the whole drive??? ", jumpily mom asked me, who's head was half out of the window.
I quickly swung my head back from the window and wiped the drool from my face, "No... I I'm just tired from staying up all night. Helping someone who carries not one, not two, but three bags of luggage for a 10 day trip. Like who needs a fashion show gown for a trip to the shore" I said before I went back to sleep.
~7.AM~
"Yuno honey, wake up we are already in Yokohama. We will reach stop one in twenty minutes.", rubbing my head by extending his hand from the driver seat, dad woke me up.
"What are we gonna do??? You guys are being to secretive just tell me the plan.", washing my face.
After 10 minutes I saw a street filled with shops selling food and other fun stuff. We were in Yokohama Chinatown. After eating at every shop possible we left for stop number two.
The ramen cup museum. It is so freaking huge, I have never seen so many kinds ramen cups. The guide told us all about the history of ramen. And around noon towards the end of the tour we got ourselves some ramen for lunch. Personally I'd say class ramen is best but who can say no to seafood.
Next up our final destination of the day COSMO WORLD!!!!!! I have seen it on Sharon's videos, she visites here every golden week and seeing it in real life is just wow... Help me someone Sharon sat here and she bought cinnamon twists from that shop. While I was busy fan girlling over every detail I saw on YouTube, a gust of fans raced and crowded mom. Wow fans they really don't care about those next to their goddess do they.
"Yuno next time let's leave your mom..." just as dad was about to complete the sentence another gust of fans came in, but this time they wanted to meet my dad. Ahh having famous actors and business tycoons as parents is hard.
"Maybe next time I should come alone together the amusement park." I said before I texted my parents --im going to try some rides see you at the roller coaster in 10--
While I'm waiting let's go in the haunted house. Sharon said it made her heart stop beating for a second. "Okay challenge accepted. Sir give me a single ticket for the haunted house."
"Hun, make that three tickets," dad suddenly appeared behind me. "How about you and Yuno go, my love. I'll just wait outside." I never knew my mom was scared of haunted houses, I thought she'd be a pro after all the horror dramas she was cast in.
Anyways we dragged her in with us and my parents expressions to the sudden jumpscares was priceless. If I'm being honest that was scary but hilarious, also I still think my mom is the scariest. *giggles*
After roaming around, riding the best roller coaster ever and eating some more food we sat in the Ferris wheel. And just for a fact we live on the 19th floor penthouse but the view from the top of the wheel was just magical.
That was a great day if I don't say so myself. We continued are chit chat as we returned to our hotel for the night.
