Lisa had thought that her mission would be much more difficult. Getting into the royal house was supposed to be hard but with a bit of luck, Princess Alexandra was allowed to bring her along. Then, after the wedding, Prince Vladimir kept her mistress secluded and barred Lisa entry. As much as it hurt, not being able to support her lady, Lisa knew that was also lucky since she had more free time than she had expected. Upon arrival, Prince Vincent had shown her around, which shocked Lisa as she was sure the prince had more important things to do, but she did not dare speak out of turn. Once she found her rhythm, Lisa found the time to slip away and run into the woods. Surely she could not be so lucky as to have her mission objective this close. Following the directions her mother left, Lisa crossed over from the human world to a world of magic. "Why have you come?" demanded a man with a bow, as though it were not obvious that this land was unlike any other and the use of such a conventional appearing weapon would throw off suspicion.
"My name is Melissa," was her answer. Her mother had told her that her name would be the key, and must be safeguarded, which is why she had shortened it when she began working for the royal house. The archer lowered his weapon with a sharp nod and led her through the forest to an elegantly dressed woman, who then assessed her silently before giving a nod to the archer. In an instant, the man's entire appearance and demeanor shifted, taking the form of a gardener. With a flick of her hand, the woman bestowed an enchanted amulet upon Melissa's neck. Another wave of her hand and the two were in the woods behind Prince Vladimir's home, two sacks at the man's feet. Lifting them, he looked at Lisa, who led him to the garden shed. Putting the sacks down, the man threw himself on top of them, content to sleep there. It would seem Melissa had an ally in her mission but what his role was, she knew not.
