Lucia began the ascent up the mountain. A sharp white peak pierced a shroud above marking the steep ascent. Lucia used her mana to light the way with a small flicker of flames. It did little to warm her as she carried on upwards. There was a set of barely visible steps leading the way.
It took over an hour in the glacial and relentless wind to reach the pilgrimage point. A tableau sat embedded in snow. It depicted the beginning of Lome's ascent. Lucia crotched down to examine it but found nothing new. She took a sharp breath in, the wind howled mournfully. Lucia continued on.
After another while, on the path, she reached another tableau. This one was different from the first, but it was half-covered in ice. Lucia used her fire magic to reveal the image. She studied the image not comprehending.
