The banquet ended quite well during their stay. It came to the point they were able to enjoy having a feast after a long break of famine. Considering their village's state, it is natural that they wouldn't be able to host a feast like there's no tomorrow if it weren't for Aran and the others, coming in to eliminate the ferocious beast hiding deep beneath the ground. Both Joris and Mirabel were grateful for their help and the villagers offered their thanks by giving them enough resources for their next destination.
"Once again, Sir Crossford, everyone, thank you for saving our village and patching our houses. We are truly grateful for the good deeds you've done. Allow us to give you at least this much for your next journey." Somewhere near the front field, Joris, Mirabel, and the rest of the villagers gathered around in a circle to bid farewell to the Slayers.
