The whole building of the company is larger than the other mansion that can be seen throughout the harbor. This is mainly due to the fact that the Black Sanguine Association was founded by one of the richest nobles in town named Arthur Veda. He is the same as Lisa Alliere's father Vritta.
After entering the main gate of the building, a wide garden appeared in front of them. There were stone paths extending from the gate up to the first floor of the building. The side is full of plants and flowers that cover the entire area. Azalea flowers bloomed around the northern hemisphere during spring and summer so it is natural that they will grow them here. Aside from the decoration, there is also a large fountain in the center. Some maids are tending to it while the other servants are cleaning the stables next to the garden.
