At the Deveraux Mansion. . . .
"What, you gave Rami a month?" Red asked Aster. Disappointment is evident within his eyes.
Aster signed. "Yes. What can I do? He begged for it. I have to accept it. This is the only time that he asked me for something."
They all fell silent.
Red can only comply. "After a month, no matter what, even if he doesn't want to leave that place, I can go in person just to pick him up. We can't just let him live in that place. Just that one accident is enough."
"I'm with you, second brother. Fourth brother should stay with us where he can be safe." Ezra agreed to what Red said.
Gray also nodded. He also agreed.
Of course, Aster will never oppose it because of all the brothers', he is the most protective of them.
"Let's just wait for a month. But of course, don't forget to monitor him." Aster ordered.
Dark Reaper's Private Sanctuary . . . .
"Hey, let's go to the waterfall." Garrete invited Amethyst, Elijah, Luca, and Avery.
"Why not."
"Okay."
"That's a good idea."
They all agreed.
While preparing, Rami, who had come from his room, saw them in that state.
"Do you want to go with us to the waterfall?" Garrette asked Rami, who was the first to notice Rami.
Rami, who thought that Amethyst didn't want him to go as he saw that she's having second thoughts and was a little bit anxious, declined the offer. He said while smiling at them-- "No, you can go without me. Enjoy your time!!"
He was about to leave when a voice stopped him. Surprisingly, it was Amethyst herself.
"Come with us. Let's ward off the heat and enjoy the cool water of the waterfall." she said.
Rami can only comply.
'Wow, Amethyst invited me. Has the crow turned white or is the buffalo flying? ' He playfully thought.
'Let's just see how long will she can tolerate me. Hehehe!!' He evilly said silently.
"Then okay. Um, let me prepare some food first." As he said that, he quickly went into the kitchen and prepared some food for the picnic. Thinking about what he would make, he rummaged the cabinets and refrigerators.
He then decided to prepare and slice some fruits, baked the 3 different pizza flavors that he had frozen earlier, made a chicken and egg sandwich and he brought out some nachos and prepare it's dipping sauce. Also, he pull out the meat that he had marinated that they can grilled beside their cottage, which should be their dinner. For drinks, he just brought out soda and ice and he also mixed some juice.
"Barbeque sounds nice!!" he exclaimed.
He packed them and put them in the picnic basket that he asked for from the butler.
'This place makes me feel at home really. Wew!!' Rami said to himself.
"Wow, this is so much. That's Rami for ya!!" Avery exclaimed from behind.
"Well, I don't want you guys to feel hungry later on. It's better to be prepared." Rami answered.
"Your right!!" Avery said, then picked up the basket.
"Oh no, let me have them. It's heavy!!" Rami immediately said to Avery as he hastened his actions.
Avery just laughed.
"Come on, with that thin body of yours I can do this!!" Avery teased him.
'Fudge . . . . I was being underestimated again.' He complained inwardly.
Rami just let her do what she wanted to do out of grievance.
'Hmp!!'
Then, after a while, he picked up some of the remaining 'lighter' baskets and went out of the kitchen.
"That's a lot!!" says Elijah, who saw Rami with two baskets in hand.
He immediately approached Rami and took those baskets.
Rami only grinned at him. "Yeah! There's two more baskets in there."
"On it!!" Garrette says.
All of them were surprisingly coming, even Dark, which made Rami feel thrilled and excited.
Upon seeing the baskets of food. They look at Rami with amusement who just smiled at them embarrassingly.
"Let's go!!" Rami said, blushing, which made them smile more.
