The house upstairs seems so small yet so wide. Desmond had gone through eighteen doors that had their rooms empty.
''Are you sure she's in this house?"
Desmond looked back at Princess in disbelief. Princess pondered on the thought that Aliya must have cast a spell to make her house look small but in reality it could be a mansion because the floors and the walls were too delicately made for it to be called a house. Even the doors could tell. Princess didn't say anything and just walked right past Desmond and opened the nineteenth door.
Nothing.
She heaved heavily and vanished. Desmond blinked a few times. How did... She was back.
"There are five hundred and eighty rooms from this point."
The truth was from any point you stood at any of the doors, the end looked like a wall because it was covered by an unfamiliar darkness but as you proceeded further you'd find another door.
