Sofia was loosing hope. She did not know what to think anymore, when from above, her mind drifted from Zebu and Desdemona to the portal.
The view was like this.
A huge portal stood before the rubble of the mansion. Then, her eyes spotted movements from below on the left.
There was a lady lying down on the ground, far away from a few others who seemed to be fighting.
Sofia struggled to break free, but as expected, it was futile. She wondered why Kill had not at least given them a glance.
'Oh right! His left eye!'
She looked puzzled as Kill kept approaching the portal not spotting them.
Sofia knew there was no way to escape unless she drew their attention.
She was about to tell, but she did not know who those men were, almost breaking into a fight like little ants on the ground.
Until, she recognized one. He looked a bit weak. When she realized who it was,
