Chapter 5 - Fosígua

Fosigua, located on the coast of Kimaran, is known for its icy flora and fauna, which borders the unknown sea that surrounds the land of Hue. No one really knows what lies beyond Hue, in the seas and on the horizons beyond it. And the people who do know very little have no reason to tell what they've seen, because it's an immense unknown with no definition or characteristics to describe it.

Wandering through the green and white forests, the young musketeers arrive at their destination in search of the legendary musketeer.

— The Kyapen are very different in person... Aren't they Telly?

— I'd say questionable, not different. Each one has their own personality. And that personality seems to be related to their strength.

— I agree. But it doesn't change the fact of how strong they are. It's not just anyone who can master a part of the nejireta. That's why they're called Senzo! If these guys already stand out, imagine when we meet Renāto, who is a Nebarizuo. Or maybe, in the future, we'll meet a fighter of the level of...

— Shhhh... Quiet Lup. Talk less and observe more.

They look around and see a forest with snowflakes on its flowers and leaves. Just ahead, they see a large waterfall, suspended by a floating rock. The water falling from the waterfall is trifurcated, forming an irresistible sight.

— Wow, guri... I never thought that, outside the capital, Araukaria had so many places to discover.

— It's true... Even though Berugamotto is our home, we missed out on a lot by just staying there. I hope to be sent on more missions. I think landscapes like this are worth the danger.

— Well, let's get back to the cold cow. I wonder if Renāto is around. I hope he's not as crazy as Kiribuza said.

— I don't think he's mad. He's just recovering from a trauma.

While looking around, the musketeers spotted a person tied by the feet and suspended from a tree. He appeared to be unconscious and wearing only boots and pants, shirtless and unarmed.

— Renāto!

— It can't be! How could he...

They run towards Renāto. When the two of them get close to the rope that suspends the musketeer to release him, a noise is heard behind them, similar to the bangs that Futomo caused in his experiments. In the direction of the noise, two yetis appear, three times the height of Lup and Telly.

The yetis appear talking to each other, unaware of the musketeers' presence.

— But there must be food here because I heard a very small voice. It's not in my head. This time, I swear it's not.

— You and your voices. It must be hunger that makes those noises in your head. I bet you heard a bird's nest... Oops!

They stared at the musketeers, also surprised by the presence of the giants.

— What do we have here... — says one of the yetis, leaning on a huge bone, which he uses as a club — the well-dressed ones from the capital.

— Two more for the collection, brother. It's a good thing we went out to look for that blue-haired busybody. But we'll take care of him later.

— Is he talking about Renāto? — Lup whispers to Telly — I thought it was their trap he's in now.

— They must be toying with us. But we can't leave the master alone. Hey, you! — shouts Telly to the yetis — What have you done with Renāto?

The Yetis stare at each other, confused, and look at Renāto, in the trap.

— Hey, brother, it's the busybody! Looks like someone outsmarted us.

— Well, you've saved us the hard work. Let's devour these two first!

The giants set off toward the two musketeers, who have no choice but to brace themselves for impact.

— Well, there's no one to help now...

— Right, guri!

The musketeers take up their rapiers and head towards the yetis. Meanwhile, Renāto slowly opens his eyes and begins to see the yetis fighting the musketeers.

— But... what?

He observes, still upside down, the musketeers slowing down the Yetis with imprecise blows, which cause only a few scratches on the monsters. Suddenly, one of the Yetis pushes the musketeers with a forearm blow, and they are thrown against a large tree.

When Renāto saw this, he began to mourn. But not for the musketeers in trouble.

— What are these idiots doing here? — he thinks angrily — Damn, I was so close...

The yetis head towards the musketeers, who are injured and leaning against a tree trunk. They both try to get up but to no avail.

— It's the end for you, well-dressed ones.

— You should have run away, like the others who have already come here. The cowards run, but at least they survive. The brave ones stay... And become snacks!

Then suddenly, Renāto jumps between the musketeers and the yetis, imposing, as if he hadn't been passed out and suspended by his feet just a few seconds ago.

— Re... Renāto? — stammers Telly.

— Ho... How did you get here so quickly? I thought you were passed out and pre...

Before Lup could finish his sentence, Renāto shouts to the two young men, as if the yetis weren't there.

[Renāto za imōtaru(Renāto)

 Chariku's Kyapen: Nebarizuo

 Kai: Girudo]

— YOU IDIOTS! I TIED MYSELF INTO THE TRAP!

What's going on? Renāto appears on the scene!
