Last night's plan did not end well. Edmond woke up on the wrong side of the bed and was not in a good mood. He went straight up the kitchen, grab a bottled water and drank bottoms up. He had a bit of hang over from last night's dinner so he was not at his best this morning. His father was in the kitchen as well making breakfast. He handed him his coffee, eggs and toast:
"You must have fun last night last. You came home in a taxi."
Edmond was rubbing the back of his head: "Haaah, I want to forget about last night dad. For sure it was no fun."
Dad: "Ohh." His dad did not push the question further and just stayed silent.
Edmond felt guilty and did not want to keep any secrets from his dad. They did not get the chance to have so many father and son moments as they were apart for a long time. He should not deny him this opportunity. He felt obligated to share him at least a little of his not so lively love life.
