"Who the hell are you?" I asked the girl
"My name is Ala. I am the Goddess of fertility" she introduced herself
"Ala? But-" I said
"There are multiple Gods and Goddess" she said "Everyone is correct in someway or another"
"Alright. But how are you here?" I asked
"I was sent down to earth to break your heart." She said
"My heart?" I asked
"Yes. A weak heart makes the summoned vulnerable to death" she explained
"Why would they want me dead? And why are you telling me all this?" I asked her "It seems like everyone here hates me"
"We do hate you" she said with a dark frown "Not you personally but who you are now. I am only telling you this because I felt bad for you. That is it"
I was getting frustrated "Why do you all hate me. I have done nothing to you"
"It's not what you did. It's what the last God did. I may not know every detail of his actions but i know that he ruined my life." She said. She curled her hands into fists.
"How?" I asked
"I am the Goddess of fertility. I can grow crops but what's the point if I can't produce children to eat those crops?" She whispered
"Children? Why can't you…?"
"I cannot and will not surround myself with men!" She yelled
"Chill" I stepped back
"I will not! That deadman made it so that I could not love men but only women!" She said
"Oh…" I looked away. "Well if it makes you feel any better. I like both masculin and feminine."
"It doesn't" she said
"Worth a try. But that is none of my business. Not my problem." I said and walked away
"Hey wait! There was something else I was going to tell you" she yelled
I turned back and waited for her to continue.
"There are ways to make a god less powerful." She said "If you go into the human worlds and make them stop believing in a god. Then, that god will lose their magic and powers. The more human believe in you, the more you get stronger."
"Why are you telling me this?" I asked
"As much as I hate you. I hate Zeus even more. He forced me to get close to your love-"
"Ex"
"-as close as possible. I wanted to come back but until I finished the job, I was stuck there. It's not like you can even go into a human realm anyways. Not unless you have a portal like the one in the chapel" she said
"Chapel?" I asked
"The place you were summoned in" she explained
*Oh! The arena*
"Can anyone go in?" I asked
She shook her head "Only if you have special permission from Zeus"
*That guy would rather kick a puppy down some stairs than let me go back*
I waved goodbye and was about to leave when I had a thought. "I do not blame you for being with my ex. If anything, Zeus is at fault for forcing you to do something awful. If my boyfriend really loved me, he wouldn't have done what he had done. I also wish you the best of luck on accepting yourself. Because you are a lovely woman and I hope you see yourself as I do someday."
After I said that, I turned around and went back to the house. I made my way to the portal.
The edges had some kind of writing on it. It was written in a language I didn't know. I lightly touched the inscription and it stared to move.
"Think of a time and place and you will arrive. Think of nothing and a mystery will come to you"
"So...Think of a place and arrive there" I thought out loud
*I want to go back home* I thought as I walked in the portal. A splash of dust landed on me as my foot touched the other side. I looked around and saw my neighborhood. I'm back!!!
