In many ways, I feel that what Jono did was something beyond reason. I didn't know John could do something like that. A small example like today.
And I became more and more convinced that Mei's sweet attitude was just pretending. I didn't know that Mei was still trying to interfere and conspire with Jono on the last chance we met.
The trip back to Prembun should have been a time for me to think again about my goals and future. What do I want to be, where will I live after marriage, and so on.
On the other hand, I felt very helped by the presence of Jono who gladly offered his hand to carry my heavy bags. One point that I should be grateful for is Jono's presence today.
