Chris left work early and picked up Camilla.
"Jack to the airport," he told Jack who was surprised cause he had not known about that.
They arrived to find Ray already waiting. Chris turned to Camilla, "Why is he here?"
"He wanted to welcome back Alfred too and I could not refuse " Camilla smiled not forgetting to notice Jack's change when he had Alfred's name.
They waited for a few minutes and then Ray shout.
"Alfred, you bastard took you long enough " he shouted.
Alfred seemed surprised by their presence, he stood still till Camilla ran to him.
"Camilla," he said hugging her.
"Thank me later but first you have to fix this " she whispered.
"Fix, fix what," he asked confused. She smiled pulling him towards the cars.
Jack had stiffened and didn't say anything.
"Let's go," Chris said ignoring Alfred.
"Wait love " Camilla pulled Chris
You guys are heading out for a drink, Alfred you just returned and must be exhausted so go put and have some little fun, Ray will take care of everything. Chris and Jack would tag along.
"BUT..." Jack wanted to say but Camilla give him one glance and he was silent.
"Since I need to be dropped home and I don't want some of you to start without the others here is what we are going to do. Ray is already dressed so let him drive me and Chris home. Jack drives Ray's car and drops Alfred home to get change and you can change too if needed then you all meet at the entrance of the club in one hour ".
She breathed, "That was a long speech am out of breath. Now Ray give your keys to Jack and Jack give yours to him"
She turned around moving to the car, Chris was speechless following her to the door. Ray did as he was told and moved to their car.
Jack turned around with a frown, Alfred was mute too.
"Let's go then " Alfred walked to Ray's car after those of Camilla drove off.
Jack got in and started the car without saying a word.
"How have you been?" Alfred asked.
Jack was mum.
"Is something wrong?" he asked again.
But still, Jack didn't answer.
"Are you angry at me?" Alfred asked.
Jack turned to him and Alfred waited for him to speak.
"Address?" he asked.
"Huh?"
"Your home address " Jack repeated.
Alfred sighed and put his address in the GPS, Jack nodded and drove off.
Chris turned to Camilla, "Why do I feel like something is wrong and you hiding something from me "
"Yes I am but your not ready to hear it," she said.
"Is it about Alfred and Jack?" he asked.
She nodded
" Since he told us about that kiss he hasn't been himself, do you think Alfred is doing something to him behind our back"
Camilla held his hand, "Alfred can't do anything to Jack maybe emotionally but nothing that serious "
"Emotionally, his face was white as a sheet when he heard Alfred's name and when he finally appeared Jack's face turned red with a smile on his face but then when we left he was angry. What is wrong with my friend Camilla?"
"He in love " Ray shouted from the front.
"In love, with who, and don't tell me it's Alfred " Chris frowned.
"Yes, it's Alfred " Camilla calmly said.
"But it was just one kiss and I don't think Alfred can like him back cause his in love with Camilla " Chris scowled.
Ray laughed, "You're a fool sometimes more than me "
"Don't speak nonsense and keep your eyes on the road " Camilla yelled at Ray and turned to Chris.
"Love, a kiss can change a lot and Alfred has never been in love with me cause his gay "
"WHAT?...." Chris shouted. Ray was laughing in the background again and Camilla tried concealing her giggle as she saw Chris's surprised face.
