"Hi...His gay " Chris repeated.
"Yes love and I think his eyes were on Jack all along, not me," said Camilla.
"Then the kiss..." Chris muttered.
"Might have made things a little complicated for him " she said.
"But Jack isn't gay then why did he kiss Alfred. Maybe he forced him " Chris turned to her.
"Alfred would never do that his a gentleman. Alfred was discreet and never said anything but for Jack who kissed him, he needs to sort his feeling out "
"Am more worried about him now, that's why he was acting weird and kept phasing out " Chris frowned
Camilla sighed, "Dont be love, let them talk it out and Jack will be back to normal soon. "
"Is that why we are all going out tonight?" Chris asked.
"Yes and since you know now please don't give them a hard time tonight and let them sort themselves out "
"I won't I also want Jack to be happy and since Alfred isn't my rival anymore his off my hit list "
"Promise " Camilla asked.
"Promise " he bent down and kissed her.
"Guys please don't make me sick now am the one driving " Ray yelled.
But they ignored him and continued kissing.
Chris went up and got ready then walked back down.
"I made sure they reserve the same spot for you guys but got something quiet for Jack and Alfred," Camilla said.
"But you don't know where we are going " Ray glared.
"You think you guys have been going to that club without me knowing, Jack tells me everything " she laughed.
"That snitch, "said Ray.
" Don't be mad I forced it out of him " she said.
"So we are going together but not sitting together?" Chris asked.
"Yeah, you guys are acting as their bodyguards and making sure they work it out," she said.
"Won't they know that's it's planned?" Ray asked.
She smiled, "As I said I made the arrangements just go have fun and don't forget to keep eyes on them both " she pushed them out of the door.
Chris turned and kissed her, "I won't be late," he said.
"Don't worry I will be fine, just have fun " she said then turned to Ray, "Limit your liquor, and tonight please stay away from most of the girls " after she was done Camilla closed the door.
"Are you sure you want to marry her? " Ray asked?
"Never doubted my decision. now let's go before it gets late " he dragged Ray away.
After dropping Alfred home he drove back to his. He didn't want to go but disobeying Camilla's order was creating a war with his boss. He showered and got ready choosing simple jeans and a navy blue t-shirt and let his hair down The drove Ray's car since Ray would need it after.
Chris and Ray had just arrived too when he parked the car.
"You look manly " Ray hugged Jack who ignored him.
"Jack stay out and wait for Alfred then came in and find us," Chris said walking to the entrance.
Jack nodded and watched them get in. Alfred arrived a few seconds after they got in. He was dressed in a fitting black shirt tucked into his white pants. His brown hair was combed back. His green eyes seemed to smile when he saw Jack standing there waiting for him.
"Sorry am late, something held me up " he apologized.
Jack turned around and walked to the club without saying a word.
Alfred chuckled and followed, "You look handsome even with that frown on your face " he muttered.
"The spot you always use is full tonight but your friends helped you get another spot " the waitress smiled leading them to another place.
They could see Chris and Ray down drinking already, Jack felt angry even more, now he was stuck with Alfred someone he wasn't sure he wanted to be around right now.
He ordered their drinks and looked at the quiet Jack.
"Can you please stop ignoring me he said.
"What do you want me to say?" said Jack.
"Something, anything but just don't give me the cold shoulder "
Jack turned to Alfred "You knew I was still debating about what I felt but you decided to ignore me after one call and disappear for a week and on top of it even leave for a trip"
"It wasn't my intention to do that," Alfred said.
"I wanted to be angry or be hurt but I thought who I was to you to even feel that. It was my stupid heart that messed with my head just because I kissed you "
"Jack you have every right to be angry cause it was my fault to not have told you before leaving, am sorry " Alfred moved closer to Jack who moved away.
"I thought that maybe you were right that after a while they will be gone but when you ignored me that whole week my desire to see, touch and kiss you grew even more. I hate this so much cause I don't like being vulnerable "
Jack grabbed his arm pulling him into a hug, "Stop hugging every time you want to " Jack cried as he tried to push him away
"Then stop crying every time you talk to me " Alfred mumbled.
"Am not crying " he sniffed.
Alfred held him not letting go, "Am sorry I didn't call or text you when I left. It was an emergency so I had to leave in a hurry and when I got there, I was so busy I didn't get any time to use my phone. And then I only used it to tell me, assistant, when I was returning before it shut down ".
" Don't explain I don't want to know " Jack whimpered
"I know but I still want to explain. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings " he whispered.
He moved his head and meet Jack's blue sad eyes, "I promise from now on to call and text to before I do anything"
Jack snorted. "Why, as I said I have no right over you that you have to do all that ". He wiped his tears.
Alfred's hand at the back of his neck tightened and before Jack could move away, his face was close to Jack's with his index finger playing at his lips.
" Since the day you said you liked me I decided to give you time to find yourself, I had been holding back cause I thought you were just feeling guilty over that kiss but if your heart ached so much because I was away from you then". Alfred's moved closer to Jack's lips.
"Then I guess we both are in the same situation," he said before kissing him.
"Those two are something " Ray whispered.
"Alfred must have done something to my Jack " Chris felt his head hurt.
"Why, I think it was Jack who woke the lion himself " Ray giggled stealing glimpses at the two.
"Jack had never cried before not even when he was hurt badly but his here crying because Alfred ignored him for a week " Chris moved to have a look too.
Ray moved, "Look who is talking, you're always crying because of Camilla, Jack is just in love and Alfred seemed to know what exactly he needs"
The waitress walked up to them and frowned, "Hi wait a few more seconds they are still busy in there " Ray held her back. She nodded and stood aside.
Ray moved back, "It's good Camilla got this private spot for them cause look at them kiss. It's like there is no tomorrow" he laughed.
Chris stood up and walked away grabbing Ray's shirt and dragging him along.
"That's enough body guarding, Camilla will be pleased with the results," he said.
