I am alive. Wounded, but alive, that's all you need to know for now. I will contact you again when I can.

The search is on, and they are scouring the entire county for me. Be careful and make sure they don't find out about you. Don't worry about me, I'm okay. My wound is slowing me down a little, but soon I'll manage to find  a place to rest.

To my brother:

I managed to make it to the edge of the country, near the border. I'm currently hiding at the forests of the Marthan tribe's domain. Their forests are wide, and I don't think the authorities will come to check here. I've decided to stay here for now until the search dies down, then we can meet at the agreed location.
