Chapter 2 - Eugh... company...

So, going outside isn't permitted.

Seeing family isn't permitted (but it's not like I'd want to see them traitorous mutts anyways).

And lastly, talking to other people is a pain in the ass. Sure, it's permitted and stuff, but the people in here are bonkers, so why would I want to talk to others?

I suppose I can't give *all* of the credit of being crazy to the others, because of course I'm in here for a 'crazy' reason, too. Maybe I have some weird thoughts sometimes(most of the time), but I would never admit to it.

Hand to heart, I'm the most sane person in here, by far.

Aaaaaand... I must've zoned out again, because there's a freakishly small girl next to me who happens to look like a child, who is talking to me. Or rather, trying to.

"Who are you, again? Wait, nevermind, forget I asked, because quite frankly, I don't give a shit. And besides, I don't want to be put down on the child molester list, but nice chat." I put simply, picking up the pace of walking down the narrow, concrete, dull corridor.

"Hold on! For the first question, I'm Rebecca, and for the second... part... I'm not a child, I'm fifteen! Height isn't everything, you know!" She almost sounded annoyed as she sped up and came up besides me again, pretty quickly.

"Woahh.. fifteen... I suppose you can go get a job, then. Anyways... Can I help you, midget?" I stopped, and stared at her, while she had her arms folded and glared up at me.

"I already told you my name, ass wipe, use it. Now, back to the conversation you were *fully* engaged into. You were proper staring at me while I spoke, and then you had the cheek to finally speak and interrupt me!" She threw her arms up in the air, before stomping off, visibly ignoring my remark on her age. I reluctantly followed her and slid my hands into my pockets.

"Why are you talking to me, again?" I interrupted once more as I trailed behind her, glancing to either sides of the walls.

"Because you looked lonely? And I'm lonely? Hence... BAM! We're not lonely anymore." She grinned back at me, while strutting. Confidence practically oozed off her, the complete opposite to me.

"There's a big difference, I'm not lonely, I want to be alone. So bugger o-" I was interrupted by a girl who was running towards us. Well, specifically the midget, who apparently has a name.

"Hey, Rebecca!" The new girl called out with a wave, as she ran towards Rebecca.

They both stopped to have a cute, little cuddle time. I was simply revolted at the thought of having any sort of physical interaction with someone else. The thought made me shudder.

I moved on and past them, though did catch the new arrival whispering to the midget. "Who's that boy?"

"My friend! Aren't you?!" She shouted after me, standing still with her friend.

I scoffed and glanced back with a raised brow, before looking ahead and sticking two fingers up at the pair of them.
