It was getting late. They had been talking for hours. Baran prepared to get up, away from stress, with his head clear. He would be back to work tomorrow, and a nightmare awaited him on Friday. Aykut stopped him.
"Before get up, I'll show you something interesting."
He took out his phone. They watched the video he opened together. Strangers with makeup on their faces were doing something like a ritual. They were making strange noises and shaking. The quality of the video was terrible. It was like they had taken it on the phone from ten years ago. The men's faces looked blurry.
Aykut was watching the video with a laugh, making fun of it. Baran was looking with a grimace.
"The best part is coming. Watch carefully these morons."
One of the men was going all the way to the camera and tearing his suit. The surrounding area of his tattoo, which was obviously newly done, was red on his chest. Baran was shocked to see the tattoo. The man had a monster face tattoo on his chest. He was the same beasts in hell. There was no doubt about that. These men knew hell and were not afraid to show it to other people.
He looked at the title of the video. It was in English, Doors Opening Deep. The video had ten million views. Baran saw that the video was released two months ago.
"How can this video not be removed?" Baran said angrily.
"There are a handful of idiots. The platform is full of videos of this kind. Removing one doesn't change anything. Five different videos are coming on the same day."
"So what, did people create a platform to watch these things?"
"Don't you follow the news? It's even on the news. It's the most downloaded application on the internet right now."
"Did you upload a video?"
"Me? No. I'm just a viewer. Look, you can enter the profile of the person who shot the video. You can follow it if you want."
"All this is legal. I don't understand how this is allowed."
"Scary and mysterious things attract people. I was prejudiced at first but then I watched a few videos. Now I watch every video that falls on the platform. Some of them are really creepy."

On the way home, the roads were quiet. He slowly went to his house on the wet roads. All the lights of the apartment were off. He opened the door quietly and entered his house. Lay down on the bed. Picked up his phone.
When he looked on the internet, as Aykut said, this application was spoken everywhere. He looked at the app comments. Absurd comments were brought to the top. People also liked these comments. Baran sighed then read the comments.
He decided to download the application. At worst, he wouldn't like then delete it. He opened the application. Skip the profile creation and log in as a guest. The home page greeted him with strange videos. He was not following anyone. That's why the most-watched videos were in front of him. He chose one of them.
The video started out with white text on a black background. The texts began to bleed slowly and turn red. Then the video started. There were images of hell in the video. Baran held his breath. It was a disaster to remember the place, watching it again on the video was a nightmare. His stomach stiffened.
Someone whose gender was unknown was walking through Hell. He wasn't talking, just walked. Hell was full of dead creatures. They were more than twenty and all were dead. The person in the video had killed dozens of them. Baran could barely kill someone.
Another creature entered the frame. The creature screamed and attacked. Seconds later, the creature's body was lying on the ground split in half. The huge sword had ripped through him. The video has ended.
"His hands were empty at the beginning of the video. Where did he get the big gun from?"
He watched the video from the beginning. The image quality and angles were excellent. It was just like watching a movie. The creature's movements went odd, the third time he watched the video. He was wobbling. He was hurt.
He looked at the comments section. There were hundreds of comments. All of them were full of comments from excited viewers. No one had commented on the creature except for its ugliness and death. Didn't they care that he was hurt or didn't they realize he was hurt?
Baran had a hard time telling the difference. He was also new in this business. He knew that the creature was moving faster compared to the video. Baran entered the profile of the video owner. Dozens of videos appeared before him.
The creation date in profile information started three years ago. No personal information was shared. Baran got angry.
This person was deceiving people. He took the heroic killing of the injured creature and put it on the platform. People believed it was some kind of movie scene. He believed that there were some who knew the truth among them, but their comments did not appear among the meaningless crowd. He also wrote a comment, but when he hit submit, the system told him to create a subscription. He hung up the phone and focused on sleeping.
