Elsa's POV It's been a month since we moved to Canada. Canada and Iceland have a lot in common, so it was manageable for us to fit in and adapt. We bought a house in Vancouver. It's big but not that big—just an average home. We had to stay private and didn't want to seek any attention. Jack and Hiccup grew a beard. It suited them. Jack looks hot! Astrid says the same for Hiccup. First, we were against the idea but boy, when the time passed, and the beard grew. They looked hot! They still dress the same—no other changes. As for Astrid and me, we braid our hair. Our hair always used to be down, but people don't recognize us that much...Some do. Like maybe two or three on the street. Uncle Finn and Dad helped us get new names. We are Jack Overland. Elsa Burgess. Astrid Finn. Henry horrendous. Only Hiccup's first name changed. It was hilarious when he got it! So this is our life, and we love it. It feels nice to live an ordinary person. We love it. Uncle Finn and dad, as they promised, we got 16 million transferred to Astrid and my joint account, so yes, life is perfect. We don't spend that much anymore because we worry that people might suspect something is suspicious. Normal people. Living in a small house. But imagine us wearing diamond necklaces, driving sports cars, and not working. That looks like a horrible idea. People will definitely suspect something's off with us. Then come attention and paparazzi. Nah, ah, we don't want that, so yes, we live an ordinary life. We could be treated differently for being famous. Have a luxurious life here, but we want to be us. The real us. Not some brats living at their parents' mansions and studying business. Astrid and I have our money to pay for everything, but as for Jack and Hiccup, we have offered them money, but they keep saying something about "manly," "dependent," "independent," "ego." I spoke to Uncle Finn to get them a job. Now they are managers at Vanaheim. It was easy since my uncle owns Vanaheim. They don't know that Elsa and I planned this for them. If they figure out, they'll probably be mad at us. I mean not angry but sad and disappointed, so yup, it's our little secret. Now that we are financially stable and have settled here. We applied for the Valka Film School. We'll receive a letter in a month if we get selected or not. I'm here with my best friend, Hiccup, and my boyfriend. The people I love and trust the most! This is my life, and I love it. Astrid's POV I can't believe it's been a month. Our life is perfect. We all turned 18 last week. So we are legal! Yahoo! Right now, we are on our way to the Superstore to buy some groceries. Jack, Hiccup, and I just buy the stuff we need, such as snacks and sodas. Poor Elsa has to do grocery shopping. All the yogurt, milk, vegetables, fruits, and other stuff. This is how everything goes for us: •Jack, Hiccup, and I get the things we want. •After that, we go back to Elsa. •Then Jack handles the cart. •Hiccup and I have to run down the aisle and get the things she asks us to bring. I come back with hot sauce. It took me five minutes. Seriously I thought there was only one, but there are like 20 types. Ugh, I never had to do groceries before. The only thing I miss about my old life. I put it in the cart and said, "Ok, Elsa, I got the hot sauce. Now, what next?" She nods and scratches that on her list. "We need...umm...oh yeah. Get frozen pizza" I stand there dumbfounded. Frozen? "Where...where is that? Is it in the snack aisle or the dairy aisle?" I ask nervously. Elsa smacks her forehead. "Go down the fourth aisle. Right there and you'll see it, Jack, you go with her, Hiccup take this list and get the first five on the list" She hands the list to Hiccup. We all salute Elsa. We bow and say, "Yes, your majesty!" And then run. I can hear her laugh, and I crack up myself. We get all the stuff we need, and then Elsa self-checkouts. Elsa and I sit in the back seats. Jack and Hiccup put all the groceries in the car, groaning because there were about nine bags. Elsa and I laugh our asses off. After they get in, Jack drives us home. We sing "Say you won't let go" by James Arthur. Life couldn't be better. Jack parks in the garage; we carry the bags and go into the house, then settle everything in the kitchen. The guys go for round two and bring the rest of the groceries in. Elsa and I start setting the groceries in the pantry, fridge, cabinets, and shelves. I scrub my hands together and tell Elsa, "Ok, so that's done; now what's for dinner?" She sighs and lets out, "Ask the guys they are in charge of today. They'll cook" Hiccup puts a hand on my waist, spins me, and kisses me. Jack does the same to Elsa. They grab their aprons and wear them. Elsa and I wolf whistle. There's something about guys wearing aprons that just... ugh makes them look so attractive. They wink at us and flip their imaginary hair. While the guys were cooking, we went to the basement and watched "The fault in our stars" We cried our eyeballs out. I pause the movie, face Elsa and point at the couple in the movie, "I want what they have." She brushes her tears and lifts her eyebrow. "What? an incurable disease?" I start whimpering again. "No! I want that type of love! Look at them; they are so...in love." Elsa slaps the back of my head and exclaims, "What the hell! The last time I checked, you had a boyfriend. You legit kissed him 45 minutes ago!" I grin and mumble, "Yes! No... I meant yes. Yes, I have a boyfriend, but I like to imagine what I'm watching. Romanticize it. Now imagine if we were that girl and...It'd be so romantic!" Elsa nods aggressively now, and we both are crying out loud. After it ends, we go back upstairs, and Hiccup and Jack are still cooking. We take a seat near the kitchen and admire our boyfriends' bodies. Hiccup yells from near the fridge, "Take a picture; it'll last longer! Perv!" I blush and yell back, "Hey, I have a right! You're my boyfriend! Now get back to work so I can see your gorgeous ass!" He blows me a kiss and gets back to work. "Alright, milady, your wish is my command." Elsa's POV Astrid and I are sitting right now. She keeps staring at Hiccup, and they flirt every second. I get up from my chair and stroll to Jack. He's chopping onions. What kind of person is he...Aren't his eyes watery? I pick a spatula and slam it on his shoulder. He screams and sets his hand on where I hit. "What was that for?! I didn't eat your chocolates, I promise!" And keeps rubbing his arm. I chuckle. "No, it's just that you're chopping onions and your eyes aren't watery" He puts the knife down and faces me. He's chewing gum... He replies, "Oh, it's cuz I'm chewing gum. It really helps, believe me!" Wow, I'm shocked, so I've been crying my eyes out for month chopping onions, and I didn't know this! I nod at him, and he goes back to chopping. I can't help but stare at his curves. He's wearing a see-through white shirt. I keep staring at his abs that I never knew he had. He was hot and a handful built but...abs? Nope never expected that! I'm still standing close to him. After he's done chopping the vegetable. He puts it in the pressure cooker and realizes that I'm staring at him. He whirls around, grabs me by the waist, and pulls me in for a kiss. It was quick but passionate. Jack gazes at me in the eye. "I love you, Snowflake" I nod at him, and this time I pull him in a kiss. He smirks and then turns around. He lifts the lid off the saucepan, grabs a spoon, and scoops some sauce in it. He brings it to my lips, telling me to taste it. I open my mouth. Omg, it's soo hot! I blow some air out to get it to cool off, and now I can taste it. I inform with my mouth full of sauce, "It's delicious! What did you put in this?" He lays a hand on my cheek and beams, "A man never tells his secrets, your majesty." I laugh. "Yeah yeah, sure. You probably copied it from a website online." He pulls me closer to him and murmurs in my ear, "It's myself. Everyone would be a cook if it were just about the recipe. The taste is in the hands, so that's the secret snowflake" He lets me go and looks at all of us now. "Guys, our families will call us in a few minutes. Astrid and Elsa, turn on the LED and screen mirror from your phone. So we all can see them! We turn on the LED in our kitchen and wait for their call. Jack and Hiccup are still wearing the aprons and cooking in the kitchen. Astrid and I are sitting on the chairs. ~Ring ring~ Normal POV Elsa picks up the call on the iPad. Finn, Agnarr, Valka, Kristine, and Iduna are calling. They all are seated in the living room of Finn's Mansion. "Hey, kids!" All the adults say at once. "Hi, guys! How are you?" Elsa replies "We are fine! Where are Astrid and the idiots?" Elsa chuckles and flips the camera so she can show them. "Nice dining table! I love it. You all have great taste," Finn says Elsa shows Astrid first. She waved at the camera and said, "Hi Dad and thanks for the compliment. I selected them. How are you all? It's been two weeks since we last talked." All the adults greet, "Hi Astrid," and Agnarr continues, "We are fine. Yes, it's been long. We've all been busy lately" Astrid nods at that Elsa shows Jack and Hiccup now. Everyone bursts out laughing. The guys look down sheepishly and wave at the camera. Katherine, who finally stops laughing, says, "Wow. You guys certainly help around. Who knew we would watch the laziest guys alive on earth help one day. Out of all that... cooking!" Jack rolls his eyes and answers, "Wow, thanks, mom. I am a decent cook, by the way. Elsa was shocked when she tasted it, and it's delicious!" Hiccup agrees with Jack and points at him, "What he told. Astrid reacted the exact way" Elsa positions the iPad on the shelf so our parents can watch everyone now. We look at the LED and see our parents. Agnarr asks, "So guys, how are you treating our girls? I hope great as you said!" Jack and Hiccup's faces pale, recalling the threats. "We are. I love Astrid, and Jack loves Elsa. We'd never hurt them. In fact, we are the victims here! Do you know how many times Astrid punches me?" He plops a hand on his chest to indicate distress. "Do you know how many times Elsa slaps me?" Jack wails now. All the adults are literally on the floor laughing right now. Valka puts up a fist in the air and shouts, "That's my girls! Keep the fools in your control. Punch and slap them harder!" Astrid and Elsa high-five each other. Jack and Hiccup gulp with fear. Agnarr says, "I agree with Valka but go a bit merciful on the boys it's not their fault they weren't born with brains." Jack and Hiccup cry, "Hey!" Emma and Anna run to their parents' laptop and crouch in front of them. "Hi, Elsa! I miss you so much. Hey Asteroid! I miss you too! When will you guys come back?" Anna and Emma say at the same time. "We are fine, and we miss you too, Anna! We'll come soon, Emma! We love you!" Astrid replies and avoids the ridiculous nickname Anna and Emma gave her when they were 4. With that, the little girls leave the room, and now only the parents are there. The atmosphere gets thick from the silence. The parents turn serious now, and they all know what's coming next. "Stoick and North are the same. They still are rigid and stand by what they did. Not even a bit of guilt is on their face," Iduna says, and the parents sigh Valka continues but changes the topic, "So did you guys apply to the Valka film school?" Hiccup replies, "Yes, mom, we did, and we'll get the email soon letting us know if we are accepted." Finn asks the girls, "Astrid and Elsa. Kiddos. Do ya need more money? I can increase the amount from 8 million to 15 million. Let us know if ya do" Jack and Hiccup look a bit uncomfortable. Elsa and Astrid answer, " We have enough for now, but if we do need more, we'll let you know!" Finn nods at that, and then he looks at Agnarr, giving him some sort of secret message look. Agnarr clears his throat. "Jack and hiccup, pay attention to what I say and don't act blindly" Jack and hiccup turn on serious mode expecting a lecture on how to treat their girlfriends and some threats, but what comes next surprises them. Agnarr goes on, "I know your dads are assholes and aren't supporting you like Finn and I are to Astrid and Elsa, so we thought of stepping up and have agreed to support you. We wish to send you both the same amount of money that our daughters receive" Hiccup's and Jack's jaws dropped. "Uncle Agnarr and Uncle Finn, we don't know what to say...yes, we'd love that! We will return it as soon as we get our jobs which hopefully will be becoming an actor," Jack announces, and hiccup nods, implying he will do the same. "Ok, then done! All kids will receive 8 million each. As for paying us back, all we ask is for you too to keep our daughters happy...If you don't...You know what will happen," exclamations Finn. He literally gives boys the well-known Hofferson glare. Astrid grins at that and high fives, Elsa. Jack and Hiccup notice that the dinner's nearly ready. They start setting it all in the dishes. "Ok, bye, senior citizens, we gotta go. The food's prepared. We love you all," Jack says while everyone laughs at the senior citizens part. Typical Jack. Everyone mumbles bye and ends the call. "Alright, dinner is ready! Now, who's hungry?!" Jack shouts. Jack's POV Wow! I've got to say I'm proud of myself. The food is delicious. Particularly the sauce. It's bitter, sweet, and spicy—all in one. Now everyone's eating, and there's silence. The only noise is chewing and swallowing. The quiet is destroying me. I swallow my bite, clear my throat and confess, "It was nice talking to our parents again. Mainly my sister" I tear up a little thinking about my sister, then resume, "You know it's so foolish and ridiculous. When I was with my family, I didn't spend time with them, but now that is all I wanna do. You don't miss something unless you lose it...Only then do you know it's worth" I put another bite in my mouth? The rice is ok, It's not bad, but it isn't fantastic. Then the sauce flows in. It starts as bitter, maybe because it's hot, but after it's cooled down, I taste the sweetness in my mouth and then spicy. This is tremendous! It's like a deal at Nike. Three in one or buy one get one free. Well, not really, but it fits. While I'm chewing, Elsa says, "Yeah. It was nice. I felt warmth and their presence when I saw their faces. I had forgotten this feeling. I mean my parents weren't around but at the end when we spent a few days together. It rekindles the emotions now; all I wanna do is spend time with them. It feels like what they did to me that's what I'm doing now. Particularly Anna. I miss her chuckle, clumsiness and when she used to ask me, "Do you wanna build a snowman" God, it feels awful and selfish leaving them" she sighs and stares at her rice. Hiccup jumps into the conversation. "I agree with both of you. I didn't have a sibling but only my mom. That's all I had, and all I wanted to do was spend time with her. Speaking to them and hearing their voices made me feel their presence. We aren't insensitive, Elsa; we just wanted to follow our dreams. Also, it's not like we're abandoning our parents and never meeting them again. We'll meet them in summer break" After he finishes, he nods at us and proceeds to eat. Now that Hiccup, Elsa and I have performed our part in talking. It's normal to expect Astrid. Later a few seconds, all three of us share a peek and then shrug; maybe she doesn't feel like sharing. All of a sudden, she yells, "The food is wonderful. I love the beans" Three of us have an absurd expression now. Elsa puts her spoon down and shifts to Astrid on her left. She lays a hand on her shoulder. "What's wrong? We all just shared our part and emotions, and you are sitting here eating silently. It's ok to let your emotions and thoughts out" Astrid stares at her food, thinking. Out of nowhere, Hiccup lets out, "I prepared the beans. See in your face, Jack!" I roll my eyes at that and shake my hand, giving Astrid the signal to respond to what Elsa just said. Astrid swallows her food and twists to Elsa, "I miss dad Elsa. Very very much. What if...we came here all the way hurting our parents and we don't get in the school? Or not get a break in Hollywood. Being an actor is very hard, you know. What then? We couldn't just go back and show them our shattered faces." We all never thought of that! No one chats after this. What it looks like from the expressions is that we all are overthinking now. After eating, Hiccup and I wash the dishes, clean the table and take off our aprons. We go to the basement, where we see Astrid and Elsa cuddling. They slept. Did we really take that long? Hiccup carries Astrid, and I carry Elsa. We rest them down on the bed they share. Cover them with their blanket and leave the room. I go to the fridge and bring out two beers and walk to the living room, slowly making sure the wood doesn't make any creaks that could wake up our girlfriends. I sit on the sofa and pass a beer to Hiccup. He grabs it. "Can you believe it...what Astrid said, she is right, you know. We don't have anything planned. All we had in mind was to become an actor. That's all. I hope we get the letter soon so if we don't get selected we know what to do with our life from here. Thanks for the beer, man. I needed one" I nod, meaning you're welcome and look at the ground. I turn on the LED and play the sports channel muted. We watched football, and after a minute or so, I reacted, "Yeah, you are right after what she said. I'm scared too. The impression of the probability that we could fail never appeared to my consciousness, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. Right now, all I have on my mind is Elsa. I never knew I could love someone and Elsa...? I don't deserve her. She's...something else. All the time, I imagine the future. Whether the entire acting thing works or not, there is one thing constant in my life, and that's Elsa. She is my destiny, no matter what occurs. I know that's the girl that I'll marry one day for sure. I'll propose in a year or two. I need to make sure she's mine, and I'm hers" I talk about her with such admiration I never thought I could for anyone. Hiccup has a smile on his face, lost in his thoughts. I slap the back of his head. "Did you hear what I said? What are you thinking about?" He shakes his head and acknowledges, "Yeah, I did listen. I imagine my future, and all I watch is Astrid. Nothing else. If I shut my eyes and imagine what my future will be like. All I detect is Astrid. Even if the room is empty, I know one thing that'll stay constant no matter what, and that is Astrid. We've been dating for three years. I want to ask her to marry me; I truly want to propose. It's not soon, but it's the age. We are only 18, and usually, people don't decide this big in their teens, but when you know, you found the one. It doesn't matter how old you are. I am confused about whether I should or not. I know I will! But the time? When should I? What if I don't right now, and she loses interest! She doesn't love me anymore. Oh Thor, what should I do?"I look at Hiccup and where once was love, now was horror, confusion, and sadness. I roll my eyes and swat his shoulder. "Have you ever looked at her? When you guys sit holding hands. I glance at her, and the way she stares at you is mind-blowing. It's like all she sees is you! All she cares about is you! She loves you to death, man and here you're assuming she'll lose interest. About the proposal thing, why don't we do it together when we turn 21. Astrid and Elsa love each other. You and I have been best friends forever, dude. Why not share the most valuable day of our life? So whaddya think? Cheer up, man." Hiccup nods. "Yeah, you're right, man I'm just overthinking. Alright, now let's sleep this time; I'm taking the bed and you the couch!" I groan. "Alright, dude. But I'm perplexed why the girls won't sleep on the same bed. I mean, we had agreed not to have sex until marriage, but sleeping in the same bed doesn't mean we have to do something. You know, sometimes I wanna cuddle with Elsa and sleep, but no, these girls are stubborn as a rock!" I yawn and walk to the room. "Okay, I'm very sleepy! Goodnight, man!" We both slept, and as promised, I slept on the couch and Hiccup on the bed. Seriously we could've bought a bigger bed, but no, we just had to take the single bed. Damn, it's tough to adjust on the couch. I can't even fit! I spread the blanket on me and closed my eyes. Imagining my future... Elsa's POV I woke up with the lighting hitting my face. Ugh, Astrid didn't shut the curtains again! This dumbass. I get up and see that Astrid is still sleeping. I decide not to wake her up; she had a rough time yesterday. I am still sleepy, but I have to get up. I drag myself to the washroom, take a shower and open my closet to see what I should wear. Oh, shoot! I didn't do the laundry. I pick my Roots sweatpants and...Oh yes! The blue hoodie. I get ready and rush downstairs. I look around, and everyone is asleep. Wow! Well, I guess I should make breakfast. I prepare egg and cheese sandwiches. After I am done, I prepare a strawberry smoothie for Jack. It's his favourite. I set the table and then stand at the first step on the stairs and yell, "Breakfast is about to get ready! Come down in 5 minutes!" They all rush down the stairs excited to see what's for breakfast, or they're just hungry. They all take a seat as I untie my apron and slide it off me. I literally forgot I was wearing the blue hoodie. Jack stands up, grabs me by the waist, twirls me, and kisses me hard with such passion that everything starts spinning. We part, and he hums in my ear, "You look extra hot when you wear my hoodie snowflake," then winks at me. I look down and blush. I see his face, and we stand there staring at each other. All I see is his eyes, and both of us forget about breakfast. We would be standing here for hours if Astrid hadn't interrupted. She clears her throat, notifying us that we've got an audience. I blush harder this time; I peck Jack on his cheek, and then we sit and eat peacefully. It's the weekend, so Jack and Hiccup don't have work today. Jack and Hiccup do the dishes and clean the table. After that's done, we all go to the basement. "Ok, so what are we watching? Before you, both fools say something foolish. We aren't watching ice hockey!" Hearing what Astrid said, both guys look annoyed and relaxed on the sofa. Jack and I cuddle. Astrid and Hiccup do the same. I speak up, "I'm playing notebook on Netflix. Any other recommendations?" The guys don't react because I already made it clear that we won't watch sports. Astrid agreed with me. I jumped up and down excitedly like a baby and then played the movie, and by the end of the film, the floor was flooded with tissues. Damn, we cried a lot. Well, we had nothing to do. So we all take a nap. Jack and I held each other and dozed off. We wanted to sleep longer, but the doorbell rang. None of us had the strength to go upstairs and see who it was. Like it's the weekend, for God's sake, leave! We ignore it, but the bell rings again. Astrid, Hiccup, and I pretend that we didn't even hear anything. We don't even open our eyes or move an inch. Jack bolts up and yells, "I know you all are up. Lazy dumbasses" I smile, still making sure my eyes are closed. We all drift off to sleep again, and then...Jack screams "Guys. Get. Up. Here. The. Letter!" Jack's POV I knew they weren't sleeping! I Fuss and get up. Ok, this better is good because I'm not ruining the perfect nap for something dumb. I walk upstairs and open the door. There is a mail? No, there are four! I read the label. It's one for all of us. We don't know anyone other than our parents and friends, and they never send us letters. That's boomer shit. I check to see where it's from. I flip the envelope and...Oh my god, it's from Valka film school! I scream on top of my lungs, "Guys. Get. Up. Here. The letter!" They all come sprinting upstairs. Elsa moves toward me and snatches all from my hand. She gives ours to us. She takes a deep breath and warns, "Guys, whatever it is. Yes or no. We all have fulfilled all we can. So let's go" She takes another deep breath and announces, "I'll open first" we all stare at her. As soon as she opened it, her jaw dropped. Ok, that could mean a lot of things. She bounces in my arms and yells, "I got in! Oh my god! Oh my god!" then she points at Astrid to tell her to open hers. She nervously opens her, and she clasps hiccup by his collar and pulls him in for a kiss. After that, she hugs Elsa and cries out, " I got in too! Thank Thor!" Now it's Hiccup's and my turn. We both open ours at the same time. Thank god we are in too. Our expressions said enough to the girls. We kiss our girlfriends and agree to go out for a celebration. I declare, "Ok guys get ready, and we will go out to celebrate. Utopia club!" We all run to our rooms to get ready. Hiccup and I go to ours. Take a quick shower, wear a suit, set hair, and pour an entire bottle of Calvin Klein cologne on us. We are ready in roughly 35 minutes! The girls will take hours, damn! I check my watch, and It's 8 pm at the moment. We could travel the world; that's how long they take. Last week we went to a restaurant, and they legit took 3 hours. I'm not exaggerating! Hiccup and I are sitting on the sofa and waiting for our gorgeous girls. We are watching ice hockey and rooting for the Toronto maple leafs. I rechecked the time, and it's 9 pm now. An hour! I turn to Hiccup and ask, "Where are they?!" He shrugs and mouths, "I don't know." I start stepping to the stairs to go up and check if they're ok. I reach the stairs, and I hear the girls taking. Well, they are fine, so I walk back to the sofa. After ten minutes or so, I hear footsteps. Hiccup and I stand up and brush our outfits, hoping they're ready so we can leave. They walk towards us and now that we can see them... Elsa looks Smokin hot! I grab her waist and whisper seductively in her ear, "You look hot, Snowflake. I have to control every fibre of my existence to avoid myself from taking you right now...right here!" I don't let go of her. She blushes and whispers back, "The feeling is quite mutual, Mr. Frost; I've never been attracted to you more. Also, that Cologne...That just makes my condition worse. Now let's leave. I wanna party!" I give her a deep and passionate kiss. We both get lost in the sights of each other, and then a min later, Astrid screams, "Let's go, lovebirds! Time is ticking!" Elsa and I say, "Yes, ma'am. Let's go. Also, shut up you and Hiccup were doing the same" She mutters, "yeah yeah, whatever" We all get in the car and Hiccup drives. We arrive at the Utopia club. Park our car and then go in. This is our first time here, and man, this place is astonishing. I hoped we came here sooner. Elsa seizes my hand, and we go to the bar to fetch us all a few drinks. Astrid and Hiccup sit in the booth, saving our seats. We order six tequila shots and then walk back to the booth. A guy with brownish red hair and green eyes comes to us. He looked drunk and stared seductively at Astrid. I see her get uncomfortable. He offers his hand to Astrid, expecting a handshake. She looks at him up and down and then shakes his hand. He steps closer and plants a kiss on her palm. Alright, this guy is very creepy. He doesn't see any of us and just focuses on Astrid. Hiccup and I share a glance. Astrid is like a sister to me, so this outrages me. Hiccup's jaw tightens, and I've never seen him this angry before. Hiccup's POV I glare at this creepy asshole and ask, "What do you need, dude" with my jaw clenched. He brings his hand to his mouth, pretending to cough, and says, "My apologies. I am Hans. I couldn't help but glimpse a divine beauty here. A magnificent Valkyrie, I must say, and who are you?" I am fuming at the moment. Is he blind? He is hitting on my girlfriend in front of me. I stand up, now glaring him in his eye and reply, "Name's Henry and that magnificent Valkyrie over there is my girlfriend. Now walk away from my friends and me. We are here on a date night" Hans stares at me and then at Jack, knowing he lost and was outnumbered. Before walking away, he peeks at Astrid one last time. He Smirks, "When you are done with this scrawny piece of ugly shit, call me. Nice to meet you again, milady" wait, Astrid knows him? I let it go for now. She'll share when she likes to. Then my jaw fell, realizing that he called her Milady and insulted me! I step forward to punch him, but before I know he has strolled away, and Jack is holding my fist. I yank my hand from his grip furiously and violently. He shakes his head and sits with Elsa. I sit down, holding Astrid firmer this time, and kiss her hard, letting everyone know this is milady. She still looks thunderstruck by everything that just occurred. I peck her on the cheek and hold her tightly. Jack breaks the silence. "So that happened... Guys, what will we do. The school begins next month. I just can't believe that we got in. You do know that this is one of the best film schools in the world, right?" We all nod at that, agreeing with him. We all take a shot. I gaze at my left and see a guy creeping at Elsa. What the fuck is wrong with these dudes in here. All we needed was a good night. He walks towards us, and now that I can see him. He has black hair and a long face. No eyebrows...? The fuck. He comes to Jack and tells him, "Get up! I must talk to this platinum beauty. Hi, what's your name" He knows Elsa. Jack and I glance at each other in confusion. We get this thought out of our heads. The girls will tell us when they like to. Elsa speaks up, "Hi! I'm disgusted" we burst out laughing, and Pitch looks like he'll chop us in two. She goes on, "Wow, what a night. We had a good time, I must say. Let's go before another jerk comes here" We all stand and leave the club. Jack and I look at Pitch and Hans and mouth, "Fuck you." They looked angry as fuck and then walked to another girl. Elsa's POV On our way back. We are hungry and didn't make anything today, so one option left Melody Island; it's the closest to the feeling of home, Iceland. I don't know what is wrong with Hiccup, though. He hates it! Like, come on, have you ever tried the chicken? I break the silence. "Guys, I'm hungry. Hiccup, turn around and drive to Melody Island" Hiccup snorts at that. Ok, we get it; he doesn't enjoy it, but the votes count—3 on 1. Hiccup takes a U-turn and drives to Melody Island. We reach there, and he parks the car. All of us get out of the car and go in. Jack orders three chicken baskets, four sodas and one burger for Hiccup. What's up with the chickens? When I asked him last time, he said it had "blood" in it. He saw spices in there, and I guess it wasn't adequately cooked, but what the hell, just try it again. He comes back, sits with me, and says, "Alright guys, our order is 56. We'll get it in about 25ish minutes" Astrid and I drop out heads on the table, and a bang sound is made. Our stomach growls. I complain, "I'm so hungry! First, the creepy assholes in the club, and now it's taking 25 minutes! Are you kidding me? Alright, I'm taking a nap; wake me up when the order is ready" I look at Astrid, and she nods, agreeing with me, so we both take a nap. Jack pokes me in the back. I yawn and take my head off his shoulder. I spread out my hands and, by mistake, hit Jack's face with my fist. I chuckle and mutter, "sorry." He holds his nose with his hands and rubs it. Jack shakes his head. "It's ok." Hiccup wiggles Astrid, and she wakes up. Jack stands up and announces, "The food's ready; I'll grab it. You guys want to dine in, right?" All of us nod. As soon as he brings it, I hurry and take three chicken pieces and munch it all down my throat. Jack gives me a bizarre look. I mumble with my mouth whole. "Don't judge. I have eaten nothing but breakfast" I glare at him, then he gulps and goes back to eating. After we are done, Hiccup cleans the table. Well, not really clean but more like throw away the soda cans and all that stuff. We get up and receive soo many judgy glances. We are dressed up for a fancy restaurant and are eating Melody Island. That's suspicious. Well, we get in the car and drive to our house. Thank God we didn't drink much. That would've been shitty. Also, don't drink and drive. It's 12:45 AM. Holy shit, we are so late. It felt like an hour. We arrived at our house. Hiccup parks the car, and we go in. As I'm about to go into the room. I see jack and Hiccup looking uncomfortable. What's up with them? I should talk to Jack. I remove my makeup, take a shower and get into my nightwear. Astrid does the same. Astrid and I collapse on the bed. We ate so much that now we are tired as hell. I groan and get up. I don't want to go and talk to Jack, but I should. Ugh, I leave my room and enter Jack's room. Is Jack already asleep? He didn't change? Is he that exhausted? I turn around and walk to the door. I hear him, "Hey snowflake, what's wrong? Are you ok?" I turn around and notice he's concerned. I take a deep breath and ask, "I should be asking you that! You look like shit! You didn't change and started avoiding me since we came back. I am worried!" My insecurities kick in as I whisper, "Did I do something wrong?" Jack's POV I can't believe Elsa would even think that! I shake my head aggressively and yell, "No, you could never! I just..." I stop and realize Hiccup is still here. I aggressively throw Hiccup off the bed. "Dude! Get the fuck out. Elsa is here. Sleep in the living room or something." He groans and yells, "Then say it! Not throw me off the bed, you fucking asshole! Thor, give me patience!" Before I know it, we both are arguing rubbish, and It's about to get heated. Elsa interrupts, "Oh my God! Children behave, and Hiccup leave the room! By the way, you have some explaining to do to Astrid. You both are acting suspiciously". He gulps and turns pale. Well, It's a Hofferson we're talking about. He starts mumbling, "Help me Thor...Help me, Thor," on the way out when he is out of the room and shuts the door. I turn back to Jack and command, "Explain!" He gulps and mumbles, "You are the problem." I am fuming. "Not a good start Frost." He continues, "I am tired of you" My jaw is practically on the floor... I look at him up and down and ask, "Do you have a death wish, Jack?" He sighs and replies, "No, I don't. I just... I don't want our relationship to stay like this. It's been more than a month, and all we do is kiss, hold hands, and cuddle sometimes" I part my lips to cut him, but he holds his hand up. "Let me finish, snowflake; I don't want to have sex or anything of that sort. People don't rush in a relationship like I wish to, but we have taken serious decisions. Life-changing ones! I think our relationship deserves this. If it were a normal situation - You were at your house, I was at mine, we would go on dates and all that stuff. I wouldn't have asked for this, but we legit have our own house and if you think about it...It looks like we've been dating for years. People would die for what we have. We have our house, live with best friends, and have such a terrific partner. I want you to sleep here in our room, and hiccup can sleep in the basement or with Astrid, maybe. I love you, Elsa. You are my everything, and I want to take this next and a big step." I stand dumbfounded. I Get a hold of myself, shake my head, lick my lips that have been solid dry from my jaw hanging for such long. I can't even stand properly now, and my legs are shaking. I sit on the bed and clutch Jack's hand. "Jack, I had no idea. Yes, I've been thinking about it too because I agree with all you just said. I am the luckiest person alive on earth to have you as my boyfriend. I don't know what to say. For a moment, I thought you were going to break up with me. I know you are nothing but a gentleman. You always make sure I'm comfortable and give you consent. So you don't have to tell me. I think...I want this too, and I love you too, Frosty, but next time, please talk and not ignore me." He nods and asks, "So, do you wanna...do you want to? I don't me sleep. With. Here. My" I laugh at his stuttering and announce, "Yes. Jack me. Sleep. with. You" He groans in embarrassment, grabs my waist, and pulls me in a passionate kiss. I shriek and then give in. He flips me over, and now he's on top of me. I put my hands on his chest, and he stares into my eyes. I can feel his heartbeat, and it's so fast that I can't even count one alone. We stay in this position for a minute. After our heartbeat goes back to normal, Jack drops on me. Now his head is on my collar, and I can feel his nose on my collar bone. It's pretty precarious, but he brings such warmth and tenderness to me. This closeness makes me hard to breathe because he's wearing such a strong cologne. I shove him off me, and he falls off the bed. He groans and cries, "You didn't have to throw me off! Just tell me that you can't handle my handsome and gorgeous body," and now he smirks. I roll my eyes. "Well, Mr overconfident, for starters, you are not that handsome. Also, it's because you are wearing that stupid cologne and that suit. First, change and get in your nightwear or anything comfortable. The buttons were hurting my belly." He whines, "How could you wound me so! I am a very handsome guy, my snowflake! Ok, I'll change only because I love you so much!" I smile proudly, realizing that I've won. He goes to the washroom, and I collapse on the bed. Why the hell did this dumbo buy a single bed? How will we even fit? At least Astrid and I had a king-sized bed. What about my clothes? Omg, what will happen to my clothes? By now, I'm lost in my thoughts that I didn't even realize Jack was on the bed now. He pecks me on the cheek, and now that I'm back, I stare into his eyes and can't help but realize how lucky I am to have him. He whispers, "Who do you love more, me or Astrid?" Ok, I definitely wasn't expecting that! I reply, " Jack, that's a stupid question. She is my best friend, and you are my boyfriend. These are totally different relationships. I love you both. She's my sister, and you are my soulmate. It's like me asking if you love Hiccup or me more?" He mumbles, "Ok. But if there was a fire, who would you save?" I reply, "What's gotten into you, Jack? Are you...are you jealous of Astrid?" This is hilarious and adorable on another level. He pouts, "No. I mean. I guess? I don't know." I smile. "Well, you have nothing to worry about. I never get jealous of your and Hiccup's friendship, and you shouldn't of mine and Astrid's. Now sleep because you are talking nonsense" He nods and puts his hand on my back. I put my head on his chest and fell asleep listening to his heartbeat.
