Three of the girls broke into cold sweat as they heard the cold voice of their doctor. This was the thing which they were frightened about.
They looked at each other while gulping hard, "Ac... actually doctor, this lady wanted to m.. meet you without any appointment. W.. we tried to stop her, and told her to wait, b.. but she just barged in!!" The receptionist girl blurt out everything truthfully.
Sitara felt her head heating up and took the yellow smiley ball from the table before pumping it in her hand to control her anger.
She could feel the sharp gaze on her face which was directed by the lady. After a deep breath she looked up at the woman.
"What can I do for you, madam?" Sitara asked the middle aged woman politely.
The woman sneered in her heart noticing the politeness, she spoke out sternly, "Hmph! I'm here to consult with you about my deteriorating health!"
Sitara nod her head calmly, "Okay, but this is not the right way for it." She spoke maintaining her calm & politeness, "You see, I'm currently busy with this patient already, and there's so many other patients waiting outside. Please wait outside patiently."
The woman snorted, the anger which was cooling suddenly returned. "Huuh!! You want me to wait outside with those commoners? Do you know who I'm?"
Sitara felt herself smiling at her comment, she was highly amused by the agitation, annoyance & impulsion.
She cleared her throat and talked again respectfully, "Madam, I'm new in this country, so naturally I'm not aware about your special identity. But, it doesn't matter even if you're anyone special. If you want my advice, then you've to follow the rules like others."
The woman burst out into anger, she slammed her hand on the table while harshly insulting the doctor. "You!! You incompetent, pesky doctor, how dare you insult me?! Do you have any idea about what I can do with you?!"
All the patients gathered in front of the door noticing all the commotion inside, those who were new felt curious to see what she does, while those who were already familiar with the doctor trembled.
The trio standing behind for the entire time felt goosebumps raising on their skin as they noticed the chilly atmosphere and the fire in the doctor's eyes.
But the woman in question was so engrossed in her anger to even notice the fire which was ready to burn her alive.
The anger she was trying to control for the whole time just turned uncontrollable. Sitara stood up after putting the ball and the pen down onto the table.
Then walking towards the lady she stood before her and looked at the two men.
They were not as delusional like their lady, so they didn't failed to notice the dangerous murderous aura surrounding her, nor they failed to see the raging fire.
They backed away instinctively feeling the danger, but maybe it was already too late. They collided onto something hard and turned behind to get the shock of their lives.
Two ferocious looking men were standing before them, their burly body was as strong as iron with strength of ten wrestlers in each of their arms.
They were the two most famous fighters among the top most fighters in the world, Mahesh & Suresh.
They were the two bodyguards appointed by Sitara's grandfather when she was just thirteen, and since then they're with her. Usually they never shows them up nor stays with her, but they always stays close to her and step in action when needed.
Sitara looked at them with a cunning smile, "Guys, pick these two up and throw them out of the hospital premises with their broken bones." The lady widened her eyes and turned listening her command.
Her breath hitched as she stared at the two men before her. For a moment she fell out of her words, and before she could react everything happened.
They picked up the two men on their shoulders effortlessly and left the room.
"Hey, stop!! What are you doing? Leave them!!" She shouted, but it was too late.
Sitara cleared her throat, "Excuse me, madam. They're already gone. But don't worry, they'll stay alive, you can pick them with you from out of the gates while leaving."
The lady felt something amiss for the first time since she entered inside, goosebumps appeared on her skin as she looked at the pair of clean and sharp eyes.
"Wh... what do you mean?" She asked warily. But Sitara just smiled, a smile which sent chills down to the spines. "What's the hurry, let's talk first & you'll know slowly."
"So, as you said that you're special, may I know about your special identity, madam?" The woman felt uncomfortable in her heart, but shrugged it off.
"I'm Shrija Roy." She answered with haughtiness.
A chuckle left from Sitara's throat, "Madam, maybe it's my mistake, or maybe you didn't understood my question. Well, let me ask you once again, what's the identity that makes you so special and different from all of us."
Everybody stood rooted, they already have an inkling about what exactly was gonna happen.
This young lady is much more scarier and dangerous when she smiles this sweetly.
Shrija sneered in her heart, "I'm Shrija Roy, wife of Kunal Roy, the president of Roy group." She answered in proud tone.
Sitara nod her head in understanding, "Okay, so that's the point." She turned towards the door before signaling her to walk outside, "Please come this way."
They walked towards the door and stopped before the patients who were gathered in a group. "So, what were you saying, these people are just some mere commoners, right?" Sitara asked cocking her head aside while asking the question.
Shrija Roy didn't understood the underlying meaning, but still nod her head.
Sitara sighed softly, "Okay, let me introduce you to some of these commoners properly." She walked towards a middle aged man and stopped beside him, "You see, he's Mr. William Smith, the cheif secretary of the current Prime Minister of country C."
"Now meet him—Tristan Davis, the CEO of Heaven Group."
She stopped before an old lady, "Mrs. Chopra, how are you?" The lady smiled in return.
"Meet Mrs. Sheetal Chopra, the current Attorney General of this country. And look at her," Sitara pointed out the old lady who was sitting inside the room, "She's Mrs. Jo Dsouza, the ex mayor of D city—Country D, also the wife of the Vice President of the country."
Everyone present there including the hospital staffs gasped in surprise, even they also had no idea about these. They just stared at the people who have some nonchalant look on their faces.
Shrija felt utterly embarrassed after listening about the special identities of the people whom she believed were commoners.
Sitara just smirked already guessing what's running in her head, "You know, I cannot introduce you to everyone like this, but let me tell you, these people whom you branded as commoners are those personalities, whom people like you waits for days & weeks for just a small five minutes meeting.
What you think, why are these people standing here on queue, can't they find any better doctor? Or they're short of money? What's the reason to arrive in this country after traveling so long and standing in queue? They trust me from their heart, they respects me, & belives that I can help them. They belives they are safe & secure in my hands."
"Now please tell me, are you really eligible to stand with them?" Her voice turned sharper with each passing second, Shrija finally realized about how big of a blunder she just did this time, but it was too late.
Sitara talked again, "Huuh, I'm confused if this is a hospital or some film studio. Heavy designer saree, all diamond jewelries and face caked up with too unnesscesary makeup. Who dresses up like this while visiting a doctor!"
She cringed up with a disgusted expression while mocking Shrija. Her face turned pale, she grit her teeth in anger, but didn't said anything.
My dear future mother-in-law, I just started, and you're feeling troubled? Wait some more and you'll know what humiliation looks like. Sitara said in her mind while smirking cunningly.
