Days passed like a gust of wind, and it's about two and a half week since Sitara has joined Chanakya. Everything was under control and peaceful, nothing much happened.
She's currently living in Jindal mansion with her maternal family. After that scandalous incident, Neela was thrown out from the apartment she was living in.
The career for which she used to fly high over the sky was totally destroyed in one night.
When nobody was ready to give her shelter, Naina brought her to Singhania mansion. Sunil was not ready to let her stay, nor Shanaya, but then after a huge drama she finally got the access to the guest room of Singhania mansion.
Shanaya left home after the night of her engagement, she left the country for a month to complete the shooting of her next movie, while Sunil turned busy with their business.
And about Sitara, she left home with the excuse that she needed her privacy to study peacefully.
Now returning to the current time, it's 11am in the clock, and there was a long queue of people before Dr. Sitara Singhania's chamber. There were around thirty - thirty five people standing on the line, all of them had travelled from different countries to country I, just for her medical advice.
If anybody looks at them carefully, they'll be able to see that there was not even an ounce of irritation & annoyance on any of their faces, instead they were happy to be able to see their doctor, whom they believes just like god.
The receptionist was not so surprised, as these was the scene from the first day of the doctor's joining. The people who were standing on the queue were not just some commoners, but the famous names of different countries.
They are the person whom people needs to wait for days and weeks to get just one appointment, but now standing in line effortlessly just to meet the doctor.
She had never seen such scenes before, usually doctors leaves everything for VIP's, but these doctor was just the opposite. There were no VIP, everyone was similar for her.
And surprisingly these people doesn't feel humiliated or insulted to stand on queue to meet a doctor, infact they felt themselves the luckiest to be able to get treatment by her.
When she first joined Chanakya, some of the staffs were confused about why she was receiving such VIP treatment, but after spending more than two weeks with her, while watching all these scenarios, they now understands about why she's so famous.
They started to respect her more with each passing day.
The receptionist was doing her work when someone knocked on her table, but her eyes widened as she looked up at the person.
There was a woman standing before her with two bodyguards, but that was not the reason of her shock. The appearance of the woman was something which she was shocked with, she was wearing a heavy & gorgeous designer saree with diamond jewelries all over her body.
By one look anyone would think that she just stepped out of some daily soap opera.
A mocking glint flashed in her eyes as she recognized the lady. But the lady was too engrossed in her own world to notice it.
"What can I do for you, Madam?" The receptionist asked in a polite tone.
The woman looked at her haughtily, "I'm here to meet that new doctor of yours, Sitara Singhania. Where's her chamber?"
The woman asked without showing an ounce of respect towards Sitara. The girl cleared her throat and asked, "Aah, do you have any prior appointment with her?"
The lady threw a glare, "Do I look like a commoner to you?" The girl blinked in confusion as she listened the question. "Pardon me madam, I don't understand!"
The lady stomped her feet annoyingly, "I don't think I need any appointment, don't forget who I'm. Now just show me the way to her chamber." She commanded haughtily.
The girl sighed, "Pardon me again, but nobody can meet the doctor without any appointment.If it's very important then you can stand on the queue there, We'll help you to meet the doctor after everyone."
The lady looked at the long queue and her blood boiled, hmmphh!! I've to stand in line with these commoners to just meet that pesky doctor?! She asked herself before looking towards her bodyguards.
They looked at the queue and ruffly guessed about which was the doctor's room before guiding her the way.
The attendant stared at her fellow colleague before following them hastily to stop them from entering inside.

Inside the chamber Sitara was sitting on her chair while an old lady was sitting opposite to her with a nervous expression while the girl was checking her health reports.
Sitara looked up at the woman with a serious expression before speaking, "Mrs. D'souza, I can see that you have started to feel tiredness from the last two months, you're also having bad headaches. You also have an upset stomach & persistent coughs, what about fever?"
"No fever." The lady replied after a while.
"Okay, let me do a quick check up." Sitara stood up from her chair and walked towards the lady with her stethoscope.
"Take deep breaths, hold your breath and exhale." She ininstructed before starting the check up. "Yeah, do it once again."
"Did you suffer from insomnia?"
"Well, I does have some sleeping problems. It is pretty hard for me to fall asleep when I go to bed. I even wakes up many times during night." The lady answered truthfully.
"Well, what about your wor—"
Thud!!
The words died in her mouth as she heard the loud sound. The next moment she looked up to see the door was slammed open before someone barged inside.
The nurse & attendant also entered hastily with a troubled expression. Sitara looked at their distressed faces and understood the matter.
She scanned the woman from head to toe with her sharp gaze before turning towards the nurse and attendent ignoring her, "What's the matter? Who's she?"
