"Ugh, where am I.. reader, are you awake?"
You tilted your head to the author. He is exactly what the previous narrator described to be. Long brown hair, teenager, and moderately handsome. You tilted your head down only to realize that you are a dog. You take a look at your surroundings to notice, that you are located near the entrance of a dark cavern. The author goes beserk.
"OH NO, OH NO! The narrator. He.. he summoned me to another world. God, it's so worse that YOU are involved. Oh no, I'm going to get so many bad ratings. UGH!"
You listened to the Author clearly, and you raised your voice at him.
'That's odd for you to say. Because, in all honesty, weren't you the one that's supposed to summon me to another world?'
The author couldn't tell by your voice. It doesn't seem masculine or feminine. It sounded, neutral. However, he still understands every single bit of words you spoke through your mouth.
"Oh, reader, you talk?! And yes, I WAS supposed to summon YOU to another world, while I keep on planning and writing the plot. But, it seems that my own words attacked me, and now I'm summoned to THEIR world instead."
The previous narrator's voice echoes over the cavern.
"Of course, the reader can talk. It's up to them to continue. Now, I have hired a new narrator to do the work for me. And Author, if you were not so arrogant, and you actually progressed through the story, maybe I would have allowed you to control it. But, you were not that. You're arrogant."
Rather a slothful way to do things, but I digress. Let's just keep this story going at a pace, shall we? The previous narrator continues.
"And, this new narrator, is going to be the one to guide you through everything. Um, I'm not even finished with the world yet. Okay, it seems I also lack intelligence when I have these quote marks over the words. So, what shall I name this world?"
The Author left a slight smirk, listening to the previous narrator's faint whistles. The previous narrator than had an idea spark over his mind, and blatantly yelled at both you and the Author.
"Welcome to the world Nargonsto30120!"
The Author lightly chuckled, hearing the name of the Narrator's world.
"Sounds like a machine made it. It sounds so unoriginal. And hell, you even have numbers next to it. I already like the new Narrator. He's better than YOU!"
Why thank you, Author? But it seems like you have no knowledge of my origins. After you two got summoned to the Narrator's world, the Narrator summoned me and-
"This format of speaking is beyond confusing to the reader, so how about I change it?"
The Narrator interrupted me. You find yourself shocked, listening to what a mistake a story this could be. After a few seconds, the Narrator finally grabbed control of the Author's keyboard and began to make adjustments to the format of the story. The author leans to you and whispers over your fluffy ear.
[Format updated. Changing to... A script format for movies.]
Author: " Oh, now the Narrator is grabbing access to my computer. You know, this isn't supposed to happen. I don't know how this story is even progressing. Man, the Narrator DID lose intelligence. It's their fault honestly. DUMB! You're dumb! Hold on, why am I speaking like this? Why is my name next to my head?"
The previous narrator raised his voice, whilst trembling the world.
Narrator: "SILENCE! That's easily one of the easiest insults, you can come up with. Now, let me work on the world ahead of me, before things turn out messy and this web novel gets demolished to smithereens. I like this format of speaking. It's more of like a little play, rather than a story itself. Hopefully, it gives the reader a better time reading the novel."
The author leans to your ear.
Author: "I doubt it."
[You're faced with two decisions. To either exit the cavern, and not listen to the narrator or you can enter the cavern, and face whatever unknown things lie ahead of you.}
1.. [You decided to enter the cavern. Go to Cavern Chapter: Outcome A]
2. [You exit the cavern]
Despite the warning of the previous narrator, you decided to exit the cavern, along with the author. The world is unfinished, exactly what the previous narrator described it to be. The author whispers to you.
Author: "It's just a blank space. Just vast whiteness, nothing in sight."
You take a look to see, indeed, it is a vast plain of nothingness. No trees, no grass, no floors, no cabins, no humans, nothing. All it is is just a vast plain of nothingness. Unfinished is what you thought... just like this horrible mess of a story.
Author: "Wow, even the new narrator is sick of this story already? Maybe you should go back? Please?"
[You have a decision to make. You can either, continue onto the unfinished area, or, you can walk back, trace your steps, and enter the cavern, as the previous narrator ordered you to do.]
A: [Go back to the cavern] [Go to Cavern Chapter: Outcome A]
B.: [ Decide to continue on the unknown treacherous lands of the unfinished story.]
Despite the many warnings coming from the Author itself. You decided to travel to the unfinished area. Your paws get placed over the empty surface of the unfinished area. The Author looked confused as well, not knowing where you are anymore. The sight of the cavern's entrance faded away, and the voice of the Narrator yelled at you.
Narrator: "Huh? How did you manage to enter here?! I-I told you to go back to the cavern. This world is unfinished and you might-"
The Author interrupted the Narrator.
Author: "Actually, Narrator, maybe YOU should give me the controls back. I can write and develop a better story than you."
[You and the Author's presence gets warped back into the entrance of the cavern. Now you have yet, another decision to make.]
1. [Enter Danger itself..]
You made the nonsense decision to enter an infinite loop of the same series of events. Not continuing the actual part of the story.
[Go to Cavern Chapter: Outcome B]
2. [Go back to the cavern, as the Narrator intended.]
[Go to Cavern Chapter: Outcome A]
