The bus started to pick up more people and drop them off after a little while.
And after two hours of driving, the route reached the mountain road.
"Ok folks, it's going to get more narrow and bumpy after a little while." The bus driver announced.
"Please hang on to the rails or hanging hand handles once the road gets more bumpy."
Another 30 minutes fly by.
More people get on and dropped off.
"Hey lady," The bus driver said. "Is here good enough?"
"Just a little farther." Miss Carmin replies.
"Ok then, whatever you say." He said.
The bus driver looks away from the front of the bus.
I look out to see a person walk in front of the bus.
"W- Watch out!" I called.
The bus tries to stop in time but fails to.
I get a sudden sense of deja vu.
"Stop!" I cry out.
The bus jerked up into the air and merely missed the person by a few inches then landed back onto the road.
"W-what was that?" The bus driver called out.
"... Owen?" Maka asks me.
"I... I'm sorry." I said.
