Chapter 8 - Hold My Hand

She was a living cage of Eleazar. A controlling his life and death in a cage he doesn't want to disappear.

Eleazar kept walking to and fro outside Winter's house, as he was waiting for Charlotte to appear, to get any information regarding Mr. Brown's cemetery.

Brain's long and tiring search finally appeared at the end when he finally found Winter's school card near an old castle ruin. He summoned Eleazar finally almost in the evening.

The sun has already disappeared from it's horizon and the darkness has wrapped the city in her arms.

"Old castle....," a text popped up on Eleazar's home.

He sighed, nervously and teleported to the old castle.

A dark old castle standing on the borders of the Bells, known as the haunting house of the town.

An old house of the Eleazar family he abandoned centuries ago.

"How many of them are inside, Mate!" Eleazar asked, as approached.

"Evening!" Brain bowed his head.

"Just one, and the girl they're in the castle's old basement....," Brian informed, stepping aside.

"They're getting brave and dumb each passing day," he mumbled, as he started to approach the ruin's door.

"Are you going to go alone..," Brain asked, after him.

"No it's my matter.....you just call the ambulance in case I got hurt make sure she reached the hospital safely ....," Eleazar said, and he continued his way to the basement looking around carefully.

"Don't worry?" Brain replied, nodding.

"Fire," Eleazar mumbled, closing his eyes as soon as he entered the dark castle.

The hanging lamps almost covered in inches of dust started to fire up.

"I almost forgot the way to the basement," he thought, as he started to step down the stairs of the dark basement.

"Ugh..," he screeched.

"What's this...?" he groaned, as his leather jacket went wet with the blood from his arm.

"You're dead...," he said, thought with red eyes and moved down to the basement putting his hand around his arm.

"I'm sorry....., I don't want to.....," he heard Winter's sobbing.

She was sitting by Jack, her hands were covered in blood..... he was daggered in his chest laying beside a bonfire.

He took a sigh of relief.

"What happened here, you okay?" Eleazar asked, moving to her.

She was trying to press her hands around his wound so that blood could flow slowly.

"You leave, I'll manage this," Eleazar said, as he sat beside her her clothes were all covered in blood.

"Move...," she shouted at him, sobbing as she continued pressing around the dagger's wound with her shivering hands.

"Just a little ambulance will be here, Jack!" she mumbled.

Jack groaned, slowly as he was trying to talk.

"Leave....they will arrest you...if they reach here," Eleazar shouted, grinding his teeth.

"Leave... I don't want bloodbath," I said, Eleazar shouted at her.

"Who the hell are you, I'm not going...," she replied, meeting his gaze.

Jack kept moaning in pain.

"Please just a few minutes..., Please," she kept patting his cheeks making sure he won't lose his consciousness.

"Fine, I'll treat him and you'll leave....," he said, taking the dagger out of his chest.

"Have you gone crazy....he'll die....," she said, with her wide eyes, as the blood started to pool out from his body with more force.

Eleazar hovered his hands above the cuts, the blood stopped flowing and the cut started to heal as it was never there.

"How did you?....." she mumbled, meeting his gaze as she slides away from Jack with her pale face.

The ambulance siren started to become audible as they were approaching the place of incident.

"Go...." he said, meeting her gaze.

"Who're you?" Jack asked, as he opened his eyes, coughing hardly.

"This is my turn to ask questions...," Eleazar said, putting his hands around his he

"Urgh," head, moaning slowly.

"You're possessed....," he mumbled, as his head was blank slate.

"Someone knew about her.... Welcome to my hell Love!," he mumbled, meeting her gaze, and let him go from his grasp.

"The ambulance is here...," Brain reported, coming to the basement.

"Clear up everything here...I'll manage her...," Eleazar said, as he wrapped his hands around her wrist and she curled her fingers tightly in a fist.

"Trust me I won't hurt you, let's go with me," Eleazar said, meeting her gaze.

She nodded nervously, and stood up slowly holding his hand.
