Chan's eyes flick from you to the ground. His cheeks had flushed and his ears are red.
"Chan?" You were worried now. What had you done while you weren't sober?
"Well love, I cant remember that part very well." Chan says rubbing his nape.
"But you just said you remembered it vividly!" You exclaim. Him not wanting to say it meant something bad happened.
He stares into your eyes, obviously trying to decide if he should tell you or not. Or if he really wants to explain. You stare back at him, pleading for him to say it.
"Y/n, I dont really remember it. I can't tell you something I don't remember right?"
---------------------Chan's POV---------------------
I knew exactly what had happened but there was no way I would be able to explain it to her. She was such an innocent person and I didnt want to break that with what had happened in the car.
I was worried she remembered when I first saw her but she obviously didnt remember at all. Thank goodness.
"Maybe it will come back to you." I say, really hoping it never does.
"Fine. I have to go back to work soon anyway." Y/n stands up and I stand up quickly knowing she still has time.
"Y/n come on. I don't remember. Please dont be mad at me for it." I really wanted to keep talking with her, but not about that topic.
"But I do know that you know it. I can tell you are lying Chan." She got her things and started off.
"Y/n!" I grab her arm and turn her to face me. Her face is inches from mine and her breathing changes to a nervous pattern.
She stares at me in a manner that I recognize from the car ride back to her appartment.
"I...I can tell you..." I really don't want to tell her. I'll just excuse part of the story.
Y/n stops trying to retreat and puts her hands on her hips, waiting.
Swallowing hard, I sit back at the table and put my head in my hands. Y/n sits down in her chair and I look up at her.
"In the car, you...you sat next to me and basically was rambling on and on about random things until you fell asleep on me. We brought you back to your apartment and that's about it." I try to make it seem like thats the whole truth. I dont want her to be upset with me.

Chan was not including something. Why else would he try so hard not to tell you?
"Chan, why won't you just tell me?" You ask, sighing and leaning your head on her palm.
"I did tell you." Chan defends but you knew he isn't saying the full truth.
"Whatever. I'm gonna go get back to work. I'll see you during practice." You stand up and this time Chan doesn't try to stop you.
