The security men dragged Kyrah outside the building. she was still in tears as she was transferred to the police officers waiting there. she was taken to the police station. As soon as they arrived, the police officer directed her to a chair where she sat down directly facing a stern looking officer. Looking into his computer he began reading out all her personal information. Name: Kim Kyrah, nationality: Korean, place of birth: America, current place of residence: seoul south Korea, date of birth: june 8th 1995.....
He went on to read all her personal information from the system in front of him. He finally raised his head and looked at her what was your buisness at Woolim today? he asked with his eyebrows raised Kyrah sighed and answered i went to see the father of my child. and who might that father of your child be? he asked still looking down at his computer.
The president of Woolim. Woo Jinyoung Kyrah said with confidence. The officer burst into laughter after hearing her he kept on laughing for a while in a very offensive way. What? the father of your child is Jin president? you must really be crazy the officers that brought you in said he called you crazy from the looks of things you must really be crazy he said as he shook his head and chewed on the gum in his mouth. she wasn't even given a chance to speak.

Do you even know the gravity of stalking? according to the korean law stalkers are to be sentenced to three years imprisonment and a fine of 30 million Korean won you really should find a way to get them to drop the charges that's if you don't want to go to jail. it's going to be really hard for you to do that though as the victims don't want any contact with you. Kyrah was in utter disbelief how? did Jinyoung really go this far, pressing charges? frame? she was lost in her thoughts excuse me miss? can you provide the number of your family members anyone? you're going to be place on remand until your trial you're allowed to get a lawyer or speak with a prosecutor. Remand? you mean detention? no i can't be detained please it's not in my hands the victim said he did not want to be put in any more danger as he was psychologically affected by your obsessive stalking so if you don't want to be detained you should call someone who'll go through some legal procedures to guarantee you won't run off. Kyrah needed to call someone. No she had to she didn't want to be thrown in a detention cell. Her dad wasn't a permanent part of her life he would disapear for a few years and only showed up when he needed money
she reached out for her phone and scrolled through her contacts there were only her dad and Jinyoung's numbers no wait she had Linda's number she just remembered they had exchanged numbers in the hospital Linda was the only one she could call. Without delay she dialed her number.
Soon enough Linda arrived at the station. Linda was really loyal especially in these moments. What's going on here she asked as she looked Kyrah straight in her eyeballs before Kyrah could even speak the police officer proceeded to tell Linda all that had happened. Linda shook her head in disbelief i know Kyrah she would never stalk anyone the guy in question is her ex and the father of her child.

The police looked at Kyrah with pity. I guess Mr Woo wanted to go easy on you seeing how he recalled us and told us he was mistaken that day but seeing that you would go so far even after all this time, he made a wise decision finally opening up and seeking help i always tell people never forgive repeat offenders.
Why, that bastard! Linda yelled in rage. officer isn't it clear this was fabricated? it's all a lie. Why would anyone want to pardon a stalker? any kind hearted person would. The officer said, i would advice you don't insist on pleading innocent at the trial because it's of no use.
Trial? i'm going to stand trial for this messed up situation? yes trial. As i said stalking is not a crime to be taken lightly. A court hearing has been scheduled for the day after tomorrow. He handed two forms to both of us Linda was my guarantor to make sure i don't run away and show up in court. If i ran away she would be arrested. I had to sign a document that prevented me from visiting or going near the victim before trial.
And just like that i had become an assailant without even committing a crime.
