Stefan told Chris to drive the car and send Cayenne home first before going to the company. The two of them at the backseat silently, both looking outside the window, avoiding each other's gaze.
As usual, Stefan dropped her off two blocks away from her house. It was her request since she didn't anyone to gossip about her. Luiz and Kyle were done preparing their things and they have cleaned the house as well. In short, Cayenne just needed to show up in order for them to leave for the hospital together.
"How's school lately? I haven't been able to sit and talk with the two of you." Cayenne stated after changing her clothes for something presentable that she can show in front of her mother. She couldn't show her tiredness in front of her mother or their lies will come to light and she will be worried for them again. The least thing she wanted to happen was for her mother to worry about them.
