Sophia, with the help of Felix, locates multiple monsters with powerful souls like giants, cyclops, and huge hellhounds. Of course, these are way too much for a small catkin to handle, so they collectively decided to go for some weaker souls.
"Hey Felix, are you sure we can handle these next ones?" Sophia shuddered thinking about the monsters they've seen.
{"Yeah, these souls are tiny, but they seem a little condensed, so I don't really know."} Felix replied with uncertainty.
When they finally saw the monster they were looking for, they simultaneously sighed with relief. The monster that came into view was nothing but a wisp of a soul with no body attached.
"This is perfect!" Sophia cheered.
{"Hehe, well the great me was the one who found it, so of course."} Felix replied proudly.
"Of course, I was certain you were good at this the moment you almost got us eaten by hellhounds." Sophia retorted sarcastically.
That shut Felix up right away.
Sophia slowly crept up to the souls, most likely doing a much better job than when she stole the dagger previously. This was of course due to the skill
"Hyaa!"
Sophia swiped at the small soul with her claws, and managed to cut it cleanly into shreds. The shreds started to dissipate, so she quickly jumped up and stuffed it into her mouth.
{"Delicious!"} Felix shouted.
"It doesn't really taste like anything." She replied with a frown
{"Your loss then."} Felix said with a grin.

{"Doesn't matter to me! These souls taste delicious!"} Felix replied enthusiastically.
"Well, I guess we should find out anyay. There are tons scattered around here." Sophia decided.
The fiery hill they were on overlooked a great plain filled with wisps of differing sizes. Sophia assumed that the bigger ones were of higher level or tier, but what she didn't know was what the different colored ones were.
Sophia jumped right into the field and started to eat away because Felix was getting impatient.

{"Why don't you try to eat more wisps?"} Felix suggested, totally not because he was still hungry.
