After Thinking of the possibility, although minor, that the Ishigami Village was coincidentally named, with the same surname as Akio's Friend Senku and Senku's dad Byakuya. Akio then started to listen to Arnold's words on the plan there have in the Hunt.
And after discussing with all of his other siblings and his Father their plans, they all decided to spend at least 5 days hunting at Jugami Forest until they managed to hunt at least a few boars, deers, etc., to bring back to the village. And if they managed to catch more prey, then what they were expecting Arnold proposed to sell the excess to Ishigami village, in exchange for some other materials such as clothes, water, foods, etc.
Although most of them expected not to achieve that due to the closing winter months, which made them expect that most of the beasts in the forest would have already have gone into hibernation or have hidden better for the winter months.
After the family had just finished the Meeting into what their plan into the Hunt, Kuroka had finally arrived with all her proper equipment and supplies this time.
When Akio saw Kuroka, he sighed at how bad her timing was since It seems that as they head into the forest, One of his siblings or Dad would probably have to explain the plan again. Akio then looked at Kuroka, who was slightly out of breath after running to the village entrance from her house, with all the supplies she had behind her bag.
[Arnold] "Oh, you finally here, huh Kuroka, well sorry this, but we just finished discussing the plans for the Hunt, and it's already about time to hit noon, So we should get hurry on in entering the forest since it would be much more difficult to catch prey at night, so I'll have Akio bro here explain everything we discussed along the way, we are heading to the Hunting Spot for this Hunt."
When Akio heard his name from his older brother, he immediately protested as even though he already accepted Kuroka to be included in the Hunt, he still initially planned to at least be a few distances away from her in the hunt, which would actually be pretty easy, in hunts, Akio observed that Kuroka was more of a close combater, with her hammer, that she uses to bash the boars. Other beasts in the forest while, Akio due to his weak physique, was more of a supporter, helping his family in properly conducting battle strategies to efficiently hunt prey, giving good battle tips as well as using the bow he made that was slightly modified to be easier to pull while remaining the power produced by ordinary bows. However, the bow he uses requires a special manufacturing method that Akio had once requested. One of his older brother's Simon, aside from being a hunter, was also an apprentice blacksmith under Blacksmith's teachings.
So by that's sense, it would have been natural for Akio to expect that he would be stationed in the rearguard while hunting, which would cause him and Kuroka, who would be in the frontline so turn, would cause them to interact with each other during the hunt barely.
[Akio]" Brother Arnold, why can't you or brother Bane or any of our other siblings tell the plans to Kuroka? You know how I Feel around her. Beside's look at Emily's scary look towards you right now."
When Arnold noticed what Akio meant by Emily's look, even though he was the oldest sibling here, being already 18-years-old, he still felt a shiver down his spine when he looks at the antagonizing gaze Emily was given him. Still, despite that, Arnold strengthened his courage and forcefully ignored her gaze while whispering to Akio.
[Arnold]" Come on, bro. However, I do realize Emily's look right now, your the only one here who has mostly interacted with her despite you always running away from her, despite honestly being a dumb decision for your part since she's quite cute, you know, although not my type of gal."
"Anyways, in the group, our the one who could probably judge and know her the most, since your the genius of the family; after all, aside from your Mom, that is since you always give us good battle strategies and formations ideas before we go hunting, before, which honestly helped us much in the hunts, even if sometimes Dad gets too out of control and goes on his own to hunt."
Although Akio first wanted to oppose, after hearing Arnold's words, he then agreed unwillingly, since, in this group of his, Akio realized that none of them aside from probably Arnold, Sasha, Akane, and Dad could properly grade if Kuroka is indeed ready to graduate in the school, due to them having the most experience in hunting in the group which in turn gave the instinct, and bits of knowledge being a Hunter to determine if she had the necessary skill to graduate.
So after agreeing to explain everything about Hunt's plan to Kuroka, Akio and his group finally left the village and headed towards the Jugami Forest.

After leaving the village, through the quick travel towards Jugami Forest, Akio's Family quickly speeds, caused by their enhanced physical strength/ training, which was far above a normal person from the Pre-petrification. However, in this journey, due to his weak physique, Akio instead was forced to be carried around by his dad to keep up with the rest of the group.
Which caused Akio to be deeply embarrassed as, due to his mental age, probably already being a 26-year-old man, He found it embarrassing to be carried all the way to a destination by his own father even if his physical outlook was still ten years old, which was still an excusable age to be carried by your parents, and not be ridiculed by mostly everyone before the petrification event. However, since he was in an era similar to the stone age, he could see some of his siblings smirking at his situation, which Bane, the joker of the family, was the most prominent, as while he was running along with everyone, he still laughed while looking at Akio's appearance.
After a long journey to Jugami Forest, which took the group approximately two and half hour of traveling, which in that time they used 30 minutes, was used to take small breaks while also fending off some of the wild animals, such as boars, snakes, deers, that attacked the group.
When everyone finally arrived, in the Jugami Jungle, recognized by the group, due to the distinct amount of stone statues/ the petrified people, and recognizable giant radio tower that was covered with many mosses, and the various amount of local beasts/ animals that can be found abundantly in this specific area.
So after the party had arrived in the Forest, Akio's Father, Rokusuke, had then decided to tell everyone to start laying out the traps around the area while also telling Emily, who was the scout of the group, to start observing the nearby area to find, prey for the part's dinner tonight, while lastly tasking both Akio and Kuroka to gather some firewood, to set up their temporary base for the next few days while hunting.
After everyone started doing their assigned task while also managing their temporary base for their hunt these next few days, Akio and Kuroka started to enter the forest while searching for firewood.
As Akio was walking with Kuroka, as they gathered firewood for the base's campfire, he started to tell her the specific plan if they had agreed on earlier. In contrast, Kuroka, on the other hand, while gathered the firewood and listened to the plan Akio was telling her about; she then suddenly confronted Akio while saying from out of the blue.
[Kuroka] "Hey Akio, why do you always avoid me."
