The smiling reddened faces and the joyful dancing mark a day for Itheadair solidarity.

A quick glint in an eye and a wider swing of an arm. Mistakes can be made when alcohol is involved. The Itheadair Fala of Dachaigh mhòr laugh heartily and offer toasts of forgiveness. The clans are at peace today after all and, most importantly, fighting will not be tolerated by the Prefects or Thanes.
In the hall of Thanes, where each clan is represented, Itheadair solidarity is not even an afterthought. A chair sits empty at the center of the gathering. The chair of Árd rígh of the Itheadair Fala, the High Thane, the Thane of Thanes. Each Itheadair Fala takes glances at the seat throughout the meeting. A side glance here, a side glance there. The previous Árd rígh of the Itheadair Fala died during the cataclysm while visiting A 'chiad Dachaigh.
Will it be war?
To the Itheadair of this hall and the Itheadair above celebrating Beinn Teine, this will be the last day of solidarity. The Itheadair Fala need an Árd rígh of the Itheadair, and there is no chosen successor. There will be blood, Itheadair blood, that will flow in these halls.
