I went back into the car and sat down. I was not feeling anything it felt like everything I have known all my life was a lie. My uncle's care for me was false and my mother was alive. This is just crazy.
My phone started ringing again but this time it was Ray so I picked up.
"Hello," I said.
"Bella are you okay?" he asked. He must have notice the change in my voice.
"I don't know," I answered, as tears flowed down my eyes.
"What do you mean you don't know? what's wrong? what happened?" He asked. but I did not say anything. After a short pause, I heard him take a deep breath from the other end. "where are you?" he asked I look around me and gave him a description.
"What are you doing there? it gets dangerous there at night," he said, I did not miss the concern in his voice.
