Chapter 33 - The Second Rampage Part 1

Fenrir was now lost in anger, blood dripping from his mouth as it was not even his own. Valoel, or Archangel, stood before him still trapped by the pressure he was giving off. Several feet away behind Valoel, Rahmiel stood could still see how lost Fenrir was. She tries to shake off the feeling he was giving off and focus on Valoel who's back was facing her. She slowly lifts her sword and get into her stance when Fenrir's aura surges out once more. An overwhelming sense of fear surrounds both Archangels as his fog began to slowly seep out around him. His eyes still glowing as his body disappears.

Rahmiel saw this as a dangerous move and leaps out of the field before it got worse for her. The thought of her being on the ground surrounded in the fog worried her especially with Fenrir.

Inside the fog, Valoel stood still. He knew that if he were to move, he would more than likely lose a limb. The fog grew colder by the minute and Fenrir's growling ceased. He could still sense him with him but due to the fog, his aura was spread throughout.

Fenrir kept circling Valoel. His eyes seemed to have adjusted finally atm free using this ability several times. His senses heightened, allowing him to hear the faintest flap of Rahmiel's white wings. He could hear the blood drip from his mouth and even smell the corpses of the two he previous annihilated. Fenrir was no longer the Fenrir he had worked so hard to become. He was now reverting to his old self, but more. As he readies himself to attack his new foe, a beam of light bursts through the fog. Before Fenrir and Valoel stood two beings. The God of Creation Eaos and the Dragon of Destruction Nendrerth. Both stood before the two in their human forms. Seeing the two, Rahmiel flies down and bows before them. Valoel drops his sword still unable to move. In his mind he had just thought what could possibly go wrong, but now he sees his situation had just gotten worse.

"Fenrir… Your power and Chaos are intertwined… Please calm down."

Eaos spoke as he slowly stepped forward to him. Fenrir growls, the ground cracking and shattering beneath the group. Eaos had seen the world end many times before his eyes and had attempted many times to stop it but Fenrir was a variable he couldn't see past.

Valoel began to step away but is stopped by Rahmiel.

"Chaos didn't choose you, my old friend…. It chose him…"

She spoke into his ear as he watched. All the years he spent with the Seals of Chaos, he thought he was gaining the power.

"My lord… I… I'm sorry…"

Nendrerth walked over and placed her hand on his shoulder. He felt a pressure as if she had placed her massive dragon claw on his back it it was merely her small, scaled hand.

"We spoke and came to the conclusion that you were being used…".

She smiles softly then looks back to Fenrir who was beginning to lose control.

"Rahmiel… Take Valoel and get far away from here. We will take care of this."

She nods and holds his arm. He was hesitant at first but he could feel all of the power from Chaos leaving his body, a dark hue floating over to Fenrir as it began to mix within his aura.

"We need to leave, my friend. This is a fight we can not involve ourselves."

"Y-yes. You're right."

Valoel gathered himself and grabbed his sword, joining Rahmiel as they flee, leaving the two grand beings and Fenrir.

"Fenrir… If you do not calm down Chaos will consume you fully…"

Eaos slowly stepped closer but Fenrir lashes out at him.

"Eaos… This isn't the Fenrir we know anymore…"

Nendrerth steps over to him. Her long hair flowing as she gently placed her hand on his shoulder.

"We need to stop him before it is too late. Nieo may not make it in time to stop the seal from breaking."

Eaos sighs and nods.

"Chaos has not taken over yet. I shall hold him off but you need to get to the seal and help her and her companions."

Eaos straightens out and sighs heavily.

"Very well. You are right. Be careful with him."

He replies before flying off toward the direction of the seal.

"Now where were we…"

Fenrir had leapt toward Nendrerth but she stops him with one hand and throws him into the mountain side, shattering it. He shakes it off and leaps at her as fast as he could. She looked as if she lost track of him but his aura had given him away. His must and fog began to appear.

"You are not doing this again, little wolf."

She spoke, fire erupting from the ground with an explosion as she raises her hand. The fires prevent the fog from spreading further, allowing her to see Fenrir once again.

"I have seen your power. The power you inherited from your siblings. Unfortunately I will not allow you to try that."

Nendrerth stood before him in order to attempt to prevent any progression. She knew the longer they waited it would only grow stronger in him. As she stares him down, his aura disappears but he stood before her. His growling increases and unleashes his aura full force, causing her to hold her arm up to cover her face from the blast.

His aura lashed out around him, striking the ground once again.

"Do not make me hurt you, little wolf. You have so much potential."

He attempts to leap at her, this time faster than she had expected as he claws her arm. Nendrerth was lucky that she still had scales in certain areas one being her arm where he tries to shred. Fenrir lands behind her and tries it again but is punched, bouncing and crashing miles away from his point of origin.

He lands miles away, clawing at the ground to get a grip. Before he could howl, she appears before him, causing him to leap to the side. Landing into a kick to the stomach and flung into the air.

Nendrerth was still holding back but she knew she had to uses some force.

"Fenrir you are making this extremely difficult to keep track of you."

She leaps up and catches him by the arm, tossing him back down to the ground. She hovers there above him for a moment when she feels his aura increase once more. This time, it was on her level.

"Fenrir…"
