Psychopaths are a creature that is hard to understand. How do they think is only they know, We as human beings only assume. The hardest thing is to track them down. You never know where they are. They might be near you or far away from you.
Level 3 one can take about twenty to thirty police at once. They wouldn't hold much longer compared to level 2. They are most like in the child phrase. Just like humans, they develop their power day by day. It might be the truth that they possess supernatural power. But that power can only limit their capability. In other words, they have to train themselves to fully optimize the power.
Level 2 one is like the average school boy who gets the average marks in his tests. Not that he is not special. Those are highly skilled. They can easily encounter a fifty-to-eighty-armed police officer. You might be thinking they're nothing special. But that's where you got wrong. They are exceptional in various ways. They can control their thirst for killing. They're not hopeless like the Level 1 one.
Level 3 one's are on a different level. They only survive with only their power. They can easily clear a whole police station. In other words, they have a great power level. It's still unknown how much power they had because there wasn't a device to measure that strength. It's a one-man stand type. For the time being, we didn't know any of them. They seem to be very rare. If you ever find yourself in front of one of them, don't run. Let him kill you!! After all, they are hard to grasp. Ahaha!!
I got a sneak peek of one. I mean my friend is currently working as an intern in the department of detective.
He told me the police had found one Level 3. Of course, they are yet to caught him. They might need CPA-3 and CPA-4's police department to capture him. Ha.. ha...
Huh? What do we have to fight them?
Their intellectual might be higher but are you mocking humans?
Police aren't backing off Mr.! We might be weak than them. But in technology, we are ahead of them. Haven't you heard the newly made injections that could immobilize them? However, how much it is effective is still a mystery.
"Who is his friend? I wonder." Saying that MR. Lukas pulled down his tablet that had the article he was reading and glared at me intensely. I who is his junior have no sense of objection for him. However, if I ever had to give him the answer of what the referring the friend then I think I should tell him the truth. I made a horrible mistake talking to that researcher. I thought he might be someone Mr. Lukas and the department knew about. But I happened to be wrong on that point. The fact that he went his way to say about me in such a way is truly appreciable. He made it so clear that a child could figure out who's his companion. Moreover, this is Mr. Lukas, I'm talking about, He would have found it the next moment of reading.
I made a deep, deep sigh, revealing my anger and frustration with it. It was a mixed feeling. Perhaps it's thirty percent anger and seventeenth percent frustration. Although it wasn't a false or made-up story, it hadn't to be revealed to general people. IT would cause unnecessary causality that the department didn't want.
Uh sh*t, I messed up everything. I growled in frustration in my mind. I somehow happened to remain calm and collective on the outside. That's a great ability I have. I hope the internship didn't get canceled for the problem that occurs.
"Found the thing I asked you, Reyes?" Mr. Lukas looked at me to get the answer.
"umm… Yes, sir. But the problem is that it is prohibited for third wand prisoners to meet people; they don't have any listed book that shows the name of people vising the prisoner. Also, I asked the guard on duty, he just laughed at me."
"I see." Mr. Lukas put his right hand to his chin and thought for a while and then said, "Then come with me. I know how to get it."
After that, we both went to the vising room made specifically for the prisoners to meet with their relatives or lawyers.
A guard would always stand there just to make sure everything went smoothly. He is also in charge of walking out the respective prisoners to the room. So, he has a bit of an important role and he's quite proud of that.
When I went to him to get info about the individuals who pay a visit to Renar. He just made an unnecessary laugh that had mockery inside. Then he just teased me saying, "Are you a fool, Mr.? The third wand prisoner never got a visitor. You got more left to learn, Ha, ha….."
As usual today, he is standing there doing nothing but text on his phone. After seeing he made a wide smile as if he found some prey to make fun of again. But at the moment his glare reached to Mr. Lukas, his bright smile gone into the gutter. He pushed his phone into the pocket as fast as possible. Then made a forceful smile and said, "How's your day going? Mr. Lukas."
Mr. Lukas didn't say anything until we got close to him. The guard might have thought that I might have made complaints about him to Mr. Lukas.
I lifted my head and puffed my chest in redundant ego. Because this is my chance. Now, where is the ridicule that you had earlier? That is what I wanted to say but instead, I remain silent.
