" Help me!"
A pale frail man held the young girl in his arms, searching for the last hope in this damned land. The scorching sun hit down to his forehead, heating it up with immense heat but he persisted with his will because his last flesh and blood was in his embrace.
As long as his prayer was answered, he would be fine. Fortunately, he saw the thing that he sought after. A magnificent place with the divine power that gave life to mortals. A golden light appeared before his eyes, illuminating his face with brilliance of the God.
" Please, help my daughter."
He raised his daughter to the light but the light didn't lift his daughter. Instead, it manifested into a big man with a bored face. The man put his chin on his arm while sighing at his pathetic look.
" This is why I don't help mortals. You lack elegance to get my blessing. Why would I waste my energy on this already dead girl?"
Gorr bit his lips when he heard his harsh words, not daring to say a word to him, yet the God was dissatisfied with his attire. He viewed them like a bug in front of his magnificent self.
" How pathetic! Leave my sanctuary and don't come here again unworthy one. I don't wish to see your ugly face again."
Gorr raised his head with hatred, dashing toward him with everything but he was crushed like an ant under his feet. The God pressed his foot on his face while yawning with a light face. His finger created a light from nothing, shooting it toward the helpless girl who did nothing but watch him with horror.
" No!"
Gorr shouted with a helpless face, struggling under his foot but the God didn't care about them. His cold eyes didn't care about them anymore he threw them like garbage.
Gorr hit the light barrier with everything that he had, burning his last remaining energy. His hatred and anger against the gods were burning fiercely after this. He wanted to screw them and kill them slowly while hearing their screams because they took his everything.
" What a great hatred?! Do you seek power, mortal?"
An eerie bone-chilling voice tickled his ears and he felt his heart drop. He took a deep breath, knowing this was the last chance that he got and he was willing to do everything to get revenge.
Throughout his life, he always begged God to descend and save his people from the darkness but this pathetic excuse of God was his God. He couldn't believe other gods would be better than him and he lost everything to them.
" I don't know who you are or what you are but promise me one thing. I want revenge."
The voice chuckled when he heard his request, manifesting something in front of him. A jet black sword that was filled with hatred and fury of something beyond mortals. He was giving this power to Gorr who decided to abandon his will.
" Take it, mortal. Claim your vengeance and feast in their blood for I shall be your guide."
Gorr took the sword, ripping the barrier with ease while looking at the corpses of his children and his people. The jet-black tears dropped from his eyes while he saw the culprit behind the scenes.
" You! What have you done?"
The God questioned Gorr with anger in his voice while looking at his arm. To his horror, he saw something that he knew from the past. An item that should have been destroyed by the high gods, yet it appeared before his eyes.
" How did you get that? Who gave it to you?"
His fearful eyes fell into his arms, looking at the shadow of the former monster that killed gods. The shadow was looking at him with a mocking gaze, pointing at his heart which was hidden behind his armor.
" Die!"
The God rushed toward him with a golden sword, trying to pierce his heart but before he could do so, a single sword pierced his chest. The jet-black sword devoured the blood of the God while the God looked at him with horror. He tried to mutter something to him but Gorr beheaded him like he was nothing.
