The man took a deep breath and put his gun down. He silently pushed his gun away with his foot.
Arthur nodded at his motions. He gestured him to lay down. Man agreed his gestures as he obediently laid down. He placed his hands on back of his head.
Arthur silently backed off. He walked behind other man. He placed his gun on his back. The man said in Russian.
" Ivan, stop messing around. We have to secure this street quickly."
Arthur scoffed at him. He coughed and said in Russian.
" Don't worry, I am not Ivan. Surrender or I will kill you."
The shooter immediately froze with fear. He slowly turned his head and saw Arthur who was looking at him with a bone chilling gaze. He was holding a pure white pistol. Furthermore, he saw Ivan on the ground while looking at himself. His eyes were telling him to surrender because he didn't want to die.
The shooter raised his hands to gesture his will. Arthur nodded and looked at his gun which was dangling around his neck.
" I will put my gun down, so please don't shoot."
Arthur nodded and let him do so. He silently took out his device and tied them up neatly.
" You know you are war criminals, right? But don't worry, I only kill when situation is out of my hand."
Ivan took a deep breath and nodded. He understood their situation and he rather wanted to be alive than going to hell.
" I understand, comrade. I won't think any funny thoughts."
Arthur nodded. He was glad to meet someone who was sensible. He raised his voice and shouted.
" You two can come out now. They are tied."
Two men raised their heads to check whether he was lying or not. They sighed with relief when they saw 2 Russians. They shouted.
" We are coming. Please wait for us."
Arthur replied gently.
" Sure, but you have to hurry. We don't have much time."
10 minutes later
Two men came out with 5 people. They were looking at Russians with fear and hatred. Arthur didn't blame them for this. He pointed at their guns.
" Can you take their guns? We are still short of equipments."
Two women immediately ran and collected their guns. Two men whispered something to their ears.
Arthur who listened to their words, smiled wryly. He said lightly.
" I don't advice doing that. You will punished if you do so."
Two men opened their mouth. They were sure that they were whispering.
" I am sorry, sir. These men are murderers. They killed our people."
Arthur folded his arms. He leaked out his killing intent.

They felt their whole mind buzzing. It seemed that world was spinning around them. Despite the fact that Arthur had lost his power, Arthur had retained his experience and his mental. He was certainly can overpower any normal human beings with just his killing intent. Not only that, Arthur was partly immune to psychic power and soil controlling power.
" Don't try to challenge my bottomline. You will regret it."
The people around him looked at him with fear. They understood Arthur wasn't a saint, he was a monster who regards his rules and justice above the revenge and vengeance.
Arthur would mercilessly kill if he sees it fit. Especially, he values innocent lives more than criminals. If anyone kills other without any logical reason, Arthur would definitely judge that people and held them accountable.
Suddenly, a gentle voice came out.
" Wow, wow take it easy. They aren't wrong. They don't know about maritime laws."
Arthur sighed and calmed his mind down. He knew that he let his devil get hold of him.
" Took you long enough to finish."
Tanya chuckled. She wasn't afraid of his cold face. Instead, she closed her distance and took the guns away from his hand.
" Why are you so stressed? Usually you aren't triggered by something like this."
This statement woke him up. Arthur immediately felt something was off. It was like someone was trying to manipulate him.
" Check my brain activity now."
Arthur felt something hot was scanning around his body. He knew it was electromagnetic pulse.
" Warning! Irregular energy has been detected."
