Myra woke up late the next morning. She looked at her watch, there was plenty of time for a leisurely bath. She found Sanchit waiting for her at the breakfast table.
"You are late."
"Sorry. I couldn't sleep until quite late."
"How do you feel now?" he asked
"Good" She sat in her usual place.
Sanchit nodded approvingly and addressed the lady behind the kitchen counter, "Mrs Ray, you may serve the breakfast."
Myra felt as if the old Sanchit had returned; he seemed quiet and distant. She wanted to know what was the matter but she also knew that he did not like to be disturbed when he had something on his mind. Therefore, he let him be and they ate their breakfast quietly.
"What's your plan for the day?" he asked her later.
"We don't have anything significant planned for today. I think I'll stay at home and study."
