Chapter 15 - Hell

Shreya

I put all my strength into a fist in my left hand as I drank the water; my eyes were looking at my agent, who thought he was worth my time, a lucky position and the company prepared well for me even if I did not want male agents which is the truth. Still, the thing is, I have to accept it; the description that I put in his mission is not for fun only. The first moment I wrote in the paper was full of dos.

"Agent? I do not need your name; whoever you are, follow what I ask you to do, ok?" I said to him, and I could see that through his expression, he was confused about my family's problem. He will get used to it from time to time. Technically, right at the moment, he would be asking himself what kind of family I have, the basics. Besides that, I know my parents well; they will send somebody that pretends to look related to me or be related to them or me to keep an eye on my success. How obsessed are they with ending me and taking my dead grandparents' business?

"Yes, Miss." He responded to me with a bit of a smile. I could not comprehend him, so instead of gazing at him, I stared at the door to avoid his face. I already had enough of him smiling today. It is unhealthy for my heart.

Now about my parents and their plan that did not succeed, these hours that are moving, perhaps more, still satisfy me more than ever. The people they hire are supposed to be their loyal subjects in the mansion, consisting of another deal that their names would be used even if they damaged their reputation by themselves, as long as my parents' names were out of it. But unfortunately, they are proven to be dumb and easy to read.

I glanced at my agent, who also stared back at me over his shoulder; it is not safe to say he read my mind. "What are you looking at? Huh?" If there is another term for him being scared, I would say shy cat; it means I am dominant as a partner, a boss. Why should I lower my pride when it comes to an agent? It is safe, and I do not regret signing the contract now, but I wondered with a lot of questions how he skipped the details about my family and just focused on serving me. I heard that agents should be assured about the client's family background, but I did not fill that up since I know who owns the company. I skipped the documents, but I rethought them –I should have proceeded to file them because they are essential for the agent to understand its content and the mission for good before taking another step of the plan.

"Miss, I also found a notebook from one of those people who are talking about you that I managed to attack in the hallway," He gradually turned around, and I could still see and sense his embarrassment as he passed the notebook to me. It is a thinking type of notebook suitable for listing groceries, the size of a traveler's card. I began to move my hand and open it. Reading what is written down:

Date of Work: x9/x0/2xxx

Operation Altitude: Strictly Confidential

This team mission consists of two people, and we agreed to finish hunting the said daughter of Owen, which breaks a family rule employing working with illegal companies and claiming that she owns the Ice-cream company that the Owens have been working hard to get. She is sneaky and hard to catch, but the Owens allows us to kill her, or if found, we cooperate to bring her back to the mansion with no permission needed as long as we have her.

We listed down the plans for a purpose:

1. The Owen brothers will be acting as a distraction using baiting out the target. They needed more people to work like they were not part of it. And the restaurant alone is infested by their daughter's fake goodness, so the Owen brothers agree to deal with their Parents. As the mission continues, we abide by the laws the Owens handed over before signing. We shall not say anything related to the Owens except for their daughter.

2. Money is not an issue, acting with people we hire to partake at the dined restaurant, and hotel employees were bribed but failed to do so. They lack objects to hurt or catch the target. We moved from one direction to another for further recordings that this daughter was doing illegal trading.

3. Shreya, the daughter, has someone by her to look out for suspicious actions. It is not hard to get her with those types of eyes. A weak guard. She is admitted to the hospital with room number xx-xxx. We are now sending signals to call for backup to successfully capture the target and bring back what is right and lost for the Owens.

I chuckled after reading the first page of the notebook. I do not think it is a plan. I think it is a journal of failure. My parents are not the worse, and they are just sending fools. It had to be a laughable situation; there was nothing else I could say than chuckle at the words written. 'My brothers will be acting as a distraction to bait me out?' It could be that hoodlums are their work Afterall. I might be dizzy, but I let my legs move to the side of the bed, preparing to stand up. There were only a few reasons to get worked up, too few that they wanted me to stop moving. The back of my mind. . . they are harmful to my future. I had to take the pawn with a punch away, back to damned hell. Even if it means having no way out from my 'Extraordinary Life' it is the possible and only term I could use.
